Their quality is not that great. Nail painting is amateur. They are more of a quick in and out place. I asked for a pedicure and an acrylic fill in. To start, the tech took a nail drill machine to get my gel paint off my toes. I had to tell her three times when she thought she was done that there was still polish blatantly on my toe nails. I'm used to having gel soaked off. My fill in was completed in about 15 minutes. The man was in a rush and had an absolutely terrible attitude. I was not asked to wash my hands prior to painting in order to get all the acrylic dust off. Ofcourse that lead to busy paint and when I asked to fix he was rude and aggressive. My nail painting is slipping and wide and looks like a child could do better. I thought about going back and asking for them to repaint my nails but I don't want to deal With the bad attitudes. The only positive thing about this place is that they are one of the few nail salons opened on Sunday.

Red coffin shaped Christmas nails. I know my hands aren't the prettiest hence why I get my nails done so they aren't so manly.

Sub-par customer service. I appreciate the efficiency of the young man who did my nails, but to say he is rude is an understatement. I kind of thought it was funny, so I continued to go back because he is super fast. My nails generally look the way I want and I had no complaints in that regard. But after a very positive experience at another salon, I decided I deserve better. Every salon up-charges for coffin or stiletto nails which I think is stupid anyway, but I feel like they price gauge me a little bit. It's always around 45$ for a fill in and it wasn't that much at the other salon I went to, plus they were fast, plus they were nice! I shouldn't have to pay extra to get the service I deserve and am on the hunt for another local place to get my nails done.

I read reviews ahead of time about the customer service and honestly, I was fine with them not being super friendly as long as they give a good pedicure. However, the pedicure was not great. I walked out with the corner of my nail bleeding and the polish was on some of my skin around my nails and not smooth like I would expect from a salon. They did a fair amount of work on my cuticles (hence the bleeding) but didn't pay attention at all to calluses and the "massage" component was just applying lotion to my legs with very little actual massaging. The price of $30 for a pedicure was fair for a good pedicure but I would not consider it fair for the service I received. Therefore, I would not recommend this place.

I've been going here for about a year and the service has been going downhill for the last four visits. The tech who used to do my nails started out doing a great job and was very friendly then all of a sudden he was moody and he kept checking his computer he kept walking away and he did a really shoddy job on my nails this time he said you want them shorter and he cut them down to like a little kid it's like I paid for these acrylic nails and you've cut them down to nothing and then charged me extra for cutting them down. He also charge me an additional three dollars for I don't know what the heck. I only tipped five dollars and I know he was mad about it but there's bubbles all in my polish and there's more polish on my fingers than they are on my finger nails. The polish on my thumb is already coming off at the top. That's my last visit they won't get any more of my business and I don't recommend going there. This looks more like a manicure then acrylic nails fill-in but I got charge for a fill and he took the nails off my entire right hand.

French manicure gel polish on natural nail.

Came today as a walk-in to get my gel polish changed on my natural nail. There was no wait time and the experience was pleasant. It was relaxing inside. I really love how my nails turned out! The French manicure with gel polish is absolutely beautiful. Price was very reasonable and I will be back again.

My nails a few days after being done

I came in to get a fill, as i was switching salons, and when i sat down i was confused because their gel polish is in the back. There are no nail swatches, you have to open the bottle to see which color is which and it can become confusing. When i was finally sat down to get my nails done he asked me where my color was and i said i want gel and he got annoyed that I didn't know where the gel polish was. While he was doing my fill he kept asking me where I got them done at and going to the next desk over where his computer was and, i believe, looking up where i was telling him I went. He did this, going to the computer, multiple times during my appointment. While he was putting the acrylic on my nails he kept saying that they sucked and that he was having to do too much work. At the end he kept repeating they suck I need to charge you for a full set, even though all he did was add acrylic where there was none. He did not push back my cuticles he drilled them off with an e-file which cut my skin. Every time he would file around that area i would say ow because it hurt and he said "does that hurt" and i said "yes" and he said nothing even after it was bleeding he just took a cotton ball and wiped the blood away. After he finished doing my nails a woman cashed me out and yelled across the room in a foreign language then told me it would be $30. I asked for a receipt because I wanted to know if i was being charged for a full set and she gave me a paper that said "pro nail salon and spa $30" this receipt said nothing but that and then she walked away speedily. My nails looked nice, my cuticles weren't flooded and the gel polish and shape looked good but my experience here was not good at all.

So horrible.

Been going for several years. Cindy does excellent job. She always uses a bowl protector bag and her tools are sealed.

My mom uses box dye and wanted to see about highlights with her regular cut. Audrey strongly recommended doing a test strand, so she could get a better idea of how the color would lift. My mom and I appreciated the honesty! Instead of assuming it would lift well and risking a bad outcome, she let us know she wasn't 100% sure and how we could figure it out together. The cut she did was amazing, as well. Long layers that turned out very nice. My mom loved it, and I am happy she had a great experience! We discussed scheduling another appointment for the highlights since the test strands turned out great, and it will definitely be with Audrey. You can tell she knows what she's doing! The other employees were very polite, as well. Everyone made us feel welcome!

On 10/9 I booked a consultation for blonde highlights. During my appointment I was told that I…read moreneeded a color correction & it would cost me around $300-400. Unfortunately the stylist didn't have any appointments around the time I wanted it completed so she booked me with a new stylist. On 10/25 I met with Audrey and I explained want I wanted & I expressed the fact I didn't want to pay that much for my hair. She was even quoting me at least $500 for my color correction because she is "slower" than other stylists and color correction are charged by the hour. So Audrey asked another stylist what could we do with my hair to get me to the results I wanted. The plan was to color my roots, pull the color through, get rid of the color banding, cover the grey, & then come back for the blonde highlights. Which I agreed to. This saved me money and I could get what I wanted the next time. We even talked about highlights one appointment then root touch up the next to. I had graduation coming up in Dec. so I wanted my hair done as closed to graduation as possible. She booked my appointment on 11/22 for the blonde highlights. Unfortunately I had to reschedule but I rebooked for the same thing on 12/9. When I get to my appointment and sit in Audrey's chair she tells me she doesn't feel comfortable highlighting my hair. She said I had so much breakage and split ends. From the time I left her chair until I went back I did everything she asked. I used heat protectant & was only washing and straightening my hair once weekly. I take good care of my hair anyways but I went the extra mile based on what she said the first time. I've had blonde hair since 2018. I know how to care for blonde highlight. The only reason my hair wasn't in good condition when she first saw me was because I've move states and have yet to find a stylist to do my hair for me. So it had grown out and I added color from Sally's to my hair once since May ‍. That's why I had color banding in my hair. But why purposely book me for highlights just to tell me you don't feel comfortable doing them. That should have been said day one. I would have went to another salon and continued to look for someone willingly to give me what I wanted. So here I was, sitting in her chair, and desperate because graduation was 5 days away at this point. She once again consulted with another stylist about my hair. He said we should go dark. I didn't want to go dark. I hate dark hair on me. But I said I was willingly to try it. So she does my hair. I leave. Go home. Maybe I'll have a change of heart in the morning. The next morning I woke up and I knew I hated it. I called the salon and asked what do I do now. I hate my hair and I'm not getting what I want everytime I come in. I was told the stylist could fix my hair free of charge but at this point I don't want her touching my hair no more. I was told the owner would call me. The man who called me offered to TRY to lighten my hair a few shades for me and they could find someone else to do it since I didn't want the stylist touching my hair again. Now keep in mind this is the same man who told her to color me dark. But I told him I would have to think about it and get back with him on his offer. Well Ive thought about it for more than a week now. I never called him back and I don't want to go back to that salon, even free of charge because AT THE END OF THE DAY, THEY ARE NOT WILLINGLY TO GIVE ME THE BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS I WANT. DAY ONE, I should have been told his. Durning both consultation. But they baited me back in just to do as they pleased. They said "the integrity of my hair is more important then money and they do not want to attach their name to anything that was "bad". This review is not my way of trying to have them fix my hair. I just want others to be aware of what I went through and I encourage you to speak up if you're not getting what you want. I will say that everyone was nice and polite but if you're not getting what you want, that doesn't matter. AND LET ME ADD, I'm convinced that the main issue was THE COLOR OF MY SKIN ‍
