Pretty soon, I received a response and my requested time was taken (Not unexpected for a request the next day). Karah offered another time that worked well for me. The studio was very easy to find, just outside of Berea "Across the Highway". A very nicely appointed room. Karah and I chatted about wants and expectations. She was very clear and asked the right clarifying questions. She provided a wonderful massage, Identified the issues that had been bothering me, and I walked out an hour later feeling netter than I have in months. I've been getting professional massages for about 30 years, and I'd easily rate Karah's massage in the top 3 or 4 I've gotten.

It's always clean and wonderfully maintained. My only complaint would be that I can't get an appointment right away if I need to cancel one. But that's only because the book is always full. Generally, they do a double cleanse and can focus on your various concerns like acne. They ask about reactions and allergies to get an idea of what products to use. Extractions and some other treatments like dermaplaning are extra, and sometimes you get to go to a private room for your facial and treatment (those can run about $75 and up). Shout out to Paxton for being so helpful! The only concern I had is my skin had a teensy reaction to one of the products used, but that could just be from introducing a new product.

Fizz specializes in quick bar facials, designed to get you in and out in about half an hour. The estheticians are super friendly, knowledgeable and do a great job loving on your skin. But then, she asked me if I wanted it dimensional. I didn't know what that meant and so I said yes. I guess that's my fault, but I really feel like she should've explained that my hair wouldn't look like the photos I was showing her. My whole day off from work was spent there and for a little over $200, I didn't get what I wanted. I was so upset, I tried to like it, but I couldn't. The up side is they offered to fix it, complementary, which is nice of them to do.. However, I can just dye it back to my natural hair color myself at this point, let it grow and then cut out the color. I'm more upset that my time was wasted and I waited a whole week for this day.
