I was skeptical of yoga at…read morethe start but Mike Chapman provides an evidence-based, rigorously scientific approach to physical health and fitness that is individualized for each student's unique physiology. If you have ever been to a "follow the leader" yoga class you will have discovered that one size does NOT fit all. Not only did Mike's practice teach me how to do yoga that has quantifiably improved my fitness and helped me recover from chronic shoulder, back and hip injuries but he has given my the knowledge and understanding to recognize those practices that might be harmful to my joints or tissues. Practice with Mike has resolved my wife's chronic knee problems to the amazement of her orthopedic surgeon. I cannot recommend the studio highly enough. If you have never contemplated yoga before or you have been doing it for years you will learn how to improve your fitness, recover from injuries and continue your practice for many years to come.

The practise space and changing areas are above ground-level and they are bright, spacious and clean. The studio itself is a great environment and it is a very positive atmosphere for yogis of all levels. The unlimited rate is very affordable and the discount for a student's 30-day unlimited pass is one of the least expensive in the city. They also incorporate spiritual practice into physical practice which is what I prefer.
