Would give a zero if I could. Owner was not understanding at all, told me I was lying about having spoken to employee to cancel a membership. Worst experience ever of speaking to an owner or manager, no agreement or compromise was reached and I walked out of the studio almost in tears after inquiring about what they could do for me politely, as I am a student and could not afford to attend classes without that lost money. Though the employee said they'd cancel it in April because I was sick, I was still charged for an extra two months even though I did not attend any classes in that period. On top of that, I had had other incidents renting mats, where the same owner told me I could not pay with a card, and was upset because I did not have a two dollar coin. Yet, other times I was there I had done so with the help of other employees. Would not recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful, welcoming environment to practice yoga. read more
