I've gotten coffee here a couple times over the years. Didn't stay for the ambiance, but the coffee…read morewas good!

First visit and last. The outdoor cute patio with trees draws you in but service and management…read moredraw you out! PLENTY OF OTHER COFFEE SHOPS IN THAT AREA AND STREET TO VISIT THAT ARE RUNNING THEIR BUSINESS PROFESSIONALLY. This one is very UNPROFESSIONAL. As a business owner ourselves, we WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Another business that is VIRTUE SIGNALING. *No matter which side of the isle you are on, you should never advertise your views or try to impose them, at a place of business. Went in just wanting a good cup of coffee, nice ambiance to sit and drink it, enjoy the beautiful Oregon weather, and simply forget the cares of this crazy world. It's a shame we couldn't do that! They have signs posted everywhere stating NO KINGS, we accept all immigrants, you are safe here, and more! They try to project 'as if' they are accepting of everyone, altho common sense points to that their signs are clearly targeting the President of their own country (that allowed them to own a business and profit, through capitalism), with posting ridiculous brain washing terminology and targeting any American who tends to have any type of different views in the greatest country in the world with freedoms for 'ALL' to have value and opinion. I lived in a communist country and understand the difference FIRST HAND. SADLY some BUSINESS OWNERS can't seem to comprehend that staying OUT of politics and virtue signaling opens your business up to HELP MAKE 'EVERYONE' welcomed and PROSPERS your business! I wish I would have gotten photos of all the ridiculous signs. Good businesses (like great celebrities also), learn to keep their personal opinions to themselves and just serve others. You are killing your own profits and eventually it will catch up to you. AGAIN, PLENTY OF OTHER COFFEE SHOPS IN THAT AREA AND SAME STREET TO VISIT THAT ARE RUNNING THEIR BUSINESS AS 'PROFFESIONALS'. ****Not to mention that as we were in there, a man came up to the register to return his coffee because the creamer was hurdled!!!! The manager, or owner, (not sure exactly), was walking around the shop (not behind the counter), overheard him and walked over to the creamer. Looked into the creamer container, said "OH", and just handed the bad creamer to the employee behind the counter. However, she (owner or manager) never said a thing to her customer who had the bad experience, nor offered anything to correct the disappointment. The register guy simply replaced his bad coffee with another fresh cup and everyone moved on. In our opinion as business owners also, this is horrible customer service and a company who is only concerned about their pockets. Not repeat clientele nor a good reputation. They DONT care about anyone, (unlike what their signs try to portray), because THAT customer could have been one of their own, yet he still got treated horribly. A refund or added free treats for that customer, would have left a good experience for him and all who saw the incident, and only cost the business a few bucks, and possibly a write off. *POINT OF REVIEW: 'BEWARE' of businesses who virtual signal ANY political views or opinions, and simply go to those that welcome 'EVERYONE' with a simple smile and good customer service (period).
