The "Wild Thing" hot Espresso (white chocolate & raspberry flavors).
Jessica R.

This is a great space. I tried the hot "Wild Thing" coffee, and it was a delicious blend of espresso, white chocolate, and raspberry flavors. There was a (gluten free) cinnamon coffee cake too, but I forgot to take a picture because I was so focused on savoring it (sorry, not sorry). Lots of space and a muted noise level if you need a place to work. (Quieter and more room than most Starbucks stores I've been in.) Both comfy and table seating for working/studying/chatting. My mother and I are going to discuss ordering cupcakes for a wedding shower as well. I will review them separately at that time.

Pumpkin spice latte with pumpkin foam!

Searching for a coffee spot in the outskirts of Broken Arrow today and I saw Wild Child on the map and had to swing by. WOW this place is charming and does not disappoint. The decor is Instagram-worthy but also extremely comfortable. Several patrons were hanging out reading books, looking super cozy. I ordered my favorite drink ever, a pumpkin spice latte. I got it iced and added the pumpkin cold foam to it, and WOAH! Pumpkin flavor alert! This is hands down the BEST PSL I have ever had (I'm not a huge fan of the original Starbucks version and always looking for independent coffee shops that are the ones bringing the real deal drinks). My partner had an iced mocha with oat milk and that was also delicious. If all that wasn't enough, 25% of your purchase helps people in need. They are currently working with Christian Mission Ebenezer to help orphans and widows in Ukraine! Unfortunately they do not have any gluten-free options. There are tons of snacks, including sausage rolls and some egg-muffin-type-things that looked awesome, but not able for me to eat them. Everyone else please enjoy!

Cutest coffee shop that's perfect for studying or meeting up with friends. Would definitely come back so I can try different drinks and pastries! Service was super friendly and accommodating.

For dessert we were served both a Chocolate Pie, as well as a Banana Cream Pie, along with coffee. It was such an inviting experience and definitely made me feel as though I was a part of their family's dinner. It was truly special! I'd absolutely recommend trying this at some point! Do note that this is a cash only operation, and you do need to make a reservation well in advance via phone.

No signs declare its existence. My wife and I found ourselves there for a meeting with her coworkers, one of whom has been a longtime frequenter of this establishment and recommended it as the site for the group's monthly dinner. She had made the reservation (required, for parties of at least 15) and had also been the one to choose our meal. I'm told the business can accommodate for many different allergies or diets and that they have a wide selection of meats, vegetables/sides, and desserts from which you can take your pick. The dining hall is in a nondescript white building across from the main house. It is far from fancy in keeping with the lifestyle of its proprietors. As in tin-metal walls, concrete floor, and gas-powered lights/heat. Metal folding chairs flank two long rows of folding tables covered in plastic tablecloths; our party of 12 sat in one row with a few seats to spare. The atmosphere is that of having a Sunday supper after church with kinfolk at grandma's. The (rather adorable) children of the (hardworking) women preparing and serving our food played along the borders of the room and ran through the doors, the air ringing with their laughter. Drinks (water or unsweetened tea only) were served as we arrived. Once everyone was present the food came out family-style - one large platter or bowl at a time, passed from one person to another. And now what you've all been waiting for: the food! The coleslaw wasn't very good; then again, I'm not a coleslaw fan and so might not be a good judge of it. The green beans could've come from a can for all the good they tasted. And the roast was dry, tasteless. That's where the negatives end. The baked chicken was tender/moist/juicy, all those words that make some people uncomfortable when talking period, let alone about food. The mashed potatoes were creamy, the white gravy perfectly rich, the country noodles expertly flavored, and the turkey dressing pure cheesy goodness. I can't forget the rolls, too, which when paired with homemade apple butter were the best I've ever had. After a brief rest to digest, we were served one kind of coffee and two kinds of pie - cherry and coconut cream. The cherry pie filling reminded me of a Pop-Tart but more intense, which wasn't a bad thing at all. Typically I don't like even the word coconut unless it's followed by "rum and pineapple juice", but that particular pie was delicious. It may have made me a convert. I haven't mentioned the service, but it was fantastic. Glasses never more than half-empty before being refilled. Constant questions of whether we needed anything else. Smiling faces and good conversation. We ate until we were stuffed and several people took home heaping to-go boxes, yet there was still a ton left of each food item. On the way out I picked up a loaf of banana but bread from the bakery side. The damage to my wallet for all of this? $27.59! Yep. All-you-can-eat comfort food for two in a place that feels like home for under $30. I'm definitely going back. Just as soon as I can round up 10-12 likeminded foodies so I can make a reservation.

Everything is artfully arranged and I wanted to buy many of their goods. I ended up walking out with some infused olive oil and some fancy salt. I started with a plain latte which was spot on! I also had a smoothie bowl (the blue beachy one). I got the small and it was good. I would probably add some more fruit next time. The other side of Queen City is a large room with tables for meetings and studying plus some comfy chairs and couches for lounging. Some colleagues and I met here for about two hours. Perfect spot. Others around our table tried specialty coffees, the avocado toast and the PBJ. That PBJ looked delicious. The avo toasts were topped with everything spices. Really chill space. I got a new summer drink, the Sunset, to take on the road. Very good. The only down side of the entire visit might have been the music but remember we were there for two hours. Some might find it relaxing. If I lived here, I would make this a daily stop.
