One tall plant was left leaning over. They came back eventually and tried to tie it up, but it ended up having to be replaced. The replacement also died. They eventually got it right the 3rd time. A flowering ground-cover plant died, and they replaced it with a plant that bloomed a different color in the middle of the others! The lawn maintenance cost was huge, but they had promised so much we thought it was fair. Unfortunately, they ended up only doing maybe a third of what they promised to do. And, like EVERYONE says that has tried to call them, they NEVER answer and rarely return a call. If you do manage to catch them, you can't count on them to do what they say they will do. They already had their money and didn't care.

Dina who took over to assist me was very helpful in selecting all the purple flowers that would bloom all year round. Their selection is huge and so much better than Lowe's in every way. Supporting businesses in my neighborhood is so important to me. They also sell fresh free range eggs as well. Cheryl the owner and I had a nice chat as well. Ordered 20 tons of the multi coloured rock to replace my mulch/pine straw. Cindy was great from the…read morefirst call. Had to wait an extra week for delivery because of the current traffic pattern. The delivery driver was very nice and carefully dropped it all on a tarp on my front lawn. Only complaint I have is I don't have any peach or pink rocks as shown on the website, which I picked from. Total bummer. My Gardner put them Saturday. It looks nice and now my dogs won't get sick anymore eating mulch. Rocks were pricey, but it is what it is.
