Grew up with this store. The only good thing is the main guy. I don't know his name but he's tall…read moreand bald. He's super nice and informative. He tells you the real facts and actually gives a shit about the animals. He doesn't just try and sell you a ton of stuff. However most of the other employees are horrible, or you never really see them. There was one girl in particular, blonde middle aged basic. Havent seen her in a while so hopefully they fired her. She was always so rude and like didn't want to do her job. Of course like any chain petstore the care is horrid. The animals are half dead
