I just have to share MY experience at Taylor's Jewelry. I live in Chicago Illinois and am here…read morevisiting my in-laws. Quick back ground My husband and I have been together since we were 15. We have 5 children and 4 grandchildren with one on the way. Anyways I had a few pieces of Gold I was reluctantly going to sell well because of Christmas etc. So I was talking to a couple of the lovely ladies in there about our struggles and my not wanting to sell it but I needed money badly so...I was offered 37.00 for a gold pendant. Didn't wanna do it but I did. So was waiting for Daren the owner to bring my 37 dollars and as he is counting out the money he threw 2 Two hundred dollar bills on top and said "Merry Christmas ". I was shocked my immediate response was tears but as soon as I felt excitement he laughed and picked it up. Psych right? The thing is Ik nothing comes for free logically I know that, but he embarrassed me. Not funny. I was already feeling vulnerable by having to give something important to me away for close to nothing. So my knee jerk response was to cry. How embarrassing. This gentleman's staff was amazing and comforting. I would like to thank the staff for being so sweet not knowing me. I wanted to thank you Melissa Ik GOD will find the best fit for you. I will say I will never forget the look on your staffs face Daren when you played your little holiday "joke".
