I then got on the phone and asked where this "representative" was calling from and he instantly became demanding and aggressive. I simply asked "where are you calling from?" Absolutely horrible company with rude, shameless staff. They create their own fake 5-star reviews on Google and try to strongarm and threaten people into making payments. They will literally pull your LexisNexis file and call everyone you've ever lived with or known as well. If you're ever contacted by this company or they contact someone regarding you, immediately contact a lawyer (even a cheap flat-rate lawyer) and DO NOT give out or even confirm ANY information with them. This company tried to make me responsible for damage from a crash on a vehicle I sold over a year prior. Wouldn't accept my Bill of Sale and kept changing their requirements for documentation and demanded I make payment or they would forward the info to the DMV and have my registration privileges suspended. But, too bad for them - the DMV *DID* accept my Bill of Sale and confirmed I am in compliance and my registration will not be suspended. First let me say that they use scare tactics I do not owe them money from a car accident that I had a couple of months ago. I was driving my mothers car but used my own insurance to file the claim, it was denied. So I used my mother's insurance. The owner of the other car has USAA, when my insurance denied them, put me into collections. My mother's insurance is paying in full. I called USAA they said that "No Way they would NEVER send a collections agencies after me. So I recohered, and conversation after conversation with USAA I found out they were lying, for two months, they are a third party vendor and USAA uses them to harass and intimidate and waisted my time. This entire time I have been doing USAA's job. I had some ghetto sounding woman call me and state that I owe over $8k from an accident last year. This isn't the first time this has happened, so Ive already reached out to my attorney who then called the other insurance company involved and they told my attorney, "No we don't have any claims against her. In fact there are NO CLAIMS against her at all.". She ran my info to make sure. I spoke to a police officer who said this is a huge scam that's going around big time. If you're paying them you need to STOP and contact an attorney. You can easily find an attorney in your area who will take on a case like this for free (they'll get their fees from suing) This company is in violation of a lot of laws and they use scare tactics to get your information. Zero stars is not an option. They lie, lie, lie. Told me they were a law firm and immediately sent paperwork to have my license and registration suspended. Everyone you speak to has a different information. I was told I could dispute the charges, "just email your concerns." Talked to them 10 days later and the woman laughed at me and said "we don't do disputes." They rarely let you get in a word edgewise, will talk over and yell at you. They will call and literally let it ring twice and hang up. My daughter witnessed that. Payment plans are a joke. If you do pay them, watch out for the 4% the charge your card, which they openly told me about. You could pay by check, that takes 7-10 business days, if it's a valid check. Thanks for all the reviews I read. It was really helpful. I been paying these scammers for almost a year. They threatened me in many ways. Since I have medical issues I sadly allowed them to scam me. A week ago I started reviewing the facts of the car accident. It only took 500 dollars to repair my vehicle and they sent me bills of the other vehicle and stated it was total. Pictures were taken by the police and a report was completed. The other person's insurance never even tried to contact me at all. They said that they were hired by the insurance company to collect the money. I asked for proof of this and other proof that they couldn't provide. I asked them that I want to stop payments until an attorney can review all the facts in court. Even to the point that they said I filled out an agreement for payments. Of course that's not a fact. I started having medical issues do to these sad excuse of a human being. Not even considering that all I needed was information so I knew I was making the correct decision do to my mental health. This company told me my daughters car was in my name and threaten to have my license suspended and my vehicle registrations. Told me the state of Washington had my name for this car that my daughter was in a fender bender in. I told him that isn't even possible and sent them the proof of the registration and title to the vehicle in my daughters name. He said they sent it to the clarification department and would send me an apology letter. When I called to talk tot he guys supervisor and told her this is false information and totally unprofessional she says I would have done the same thing.
