If you want addresses and identification of the people over the phone I have them. The residence, social, tag info, and I can tell you that there are 6 of them with easy entry, simple tumble locks. As for the execs I have 3 residence addresses, two tags, one social. And I also have relatives info as well. If you live in the Illinois area and are into criminal activities the info is free. read more

Everyone, if you receive a call or get a letter about owning money for an accident that you were not involved with, DO NOT provide them with details about yourself and your vehicles. Instead, ask them about the alleged incident from who is the client, when it happened, what vehicle etc, and immediately you will realize their information is not accurate. They try to phish for info to try to trap you and intimidate you. read more

Christopher helped me out he was easy to work with. He made sure my missed payment was dealt with .

They are a joke. They tried to scam my daughter. I am an insurance agent and they literally tried to lie regarding practices. Then all ghetto came out when I said you're incorrect and that's not how it works. She was so ghetto. The lowest of the low must get hired there. Clearly have to have no class to qualify for a job there. How can you demand money from someone when they haven't been served. They couldn't even give us a balance, what was fixed, the date the claim was filed,or the other parties name. Yet you're collecting for an insurance company. Make it make sense. read more

This company tried calling and harassing my wife for an incident which was handled MONTHS ago! And tried to demand her information.. I then got on the phone and asked where this "representative" was calling from and he instantly became demanding and aggressive. I simply asked "where are you calling from?" And his response was "Who am I speaking to??". Again... I asked the same question... And even more aggressively he asked "WHO AM I SPEAKING TO??".. I called him a f****** scammer and clicked. He hasn't called back yet. I don't know any insurance or law firms that acts this unprofessionally. Please be aware of scams. This place is an absolute SHAME. read more

Wilber law firm of Normal, IL sent me letter about an accident that I was not in with a car that I did not own nor registered to me demanding money or they would get my license suspended. Absolutely horrible company with rude, shameless staff. They create their own fake 5-star reviews on Google and try to strongarm and threaten people into making payments. They will literally pull your LexisNexis file and call everyone you've ever lived with or known as well. If you're ever contacted by this company or they contact someone regarding you, immediately contact a lawyer (even a cheap flat-rate lawyer) and DO NOT give out or even confirm ANY information with them. This company tried to make me responsible for damage from a crash on a vehicle I sold over a year prior. Wouldn't accept my Bill of Sale and kept changing their requirements for documentation and demanded I make payment or they would forward the info to the DMV and have my registration privileges suspended. But, too bad for them - the DMV *DID* accept my Bill of Sale and confirmed I am in compliance and my registration will not be suspended. I sincerely hope they wasted a lot of time and money trying to screw me over and make me responsible. I can't imagine being the kind of pure evil that it would take to work for a place like this. read more

This company has been also sending me letters I called and they saying my vehicle hit their insured vehicle. When asked which of my vehicles they were talking about they said a vehicle I don't even own. Then they wanted information on my other vehicles. First let me say that they use scare tactics I do not owe them money from a car accident that I had a couple of months ago. I was driving my mothers car but used my own insurance to file the claim, it was denied. So I used my mother's insurance. The owner of the other car has USAA, when my insurance denied them, put me into collections. My mother's insurance is paying in full. I called USAA they said that "No Way they would NEVER send a collections agencies after me. So I recohered, and conversation after conversation with USAA I found out they were lying, for two months, they are a third party vendor and USAA uses them to harass and intimidate and waisted my time. This entire time I have been doing USAA's job. USAA is terrible too, Wilber and USAA deserve each other oh and by the way......I am still resolving the issue with these incompetent companies read more

so what is the deal with the wilber group? I had some ghetto sounding woman call me and state that I owe over $8k from an accident last year. This isn't the first time this has happened, so Ive already reached out to my attorney who then called the other insurance company involved and they told my attorney, "No we don't have any claims against her. In fact there are NO CLAIMS against her at all.". She ran my info to make sure. I spoke to a police officer who said this is a huge scam that's going around big time. In this call she wouldn't let me speak at all, she didn't use proper gramma and she yelled saying, "You're about to be suspended!!!" What a joke. I feel really bad for people who were actually freaking out like I was the first time I got hit up with this scam. The first time I was getting these letters and some guy leaving threatening voicemails. What a sick, sad world it is. read more

If you're paying them you need to STOP and contact an attorney. You can easily find an attorney in your area who will take on a case like this for free (they'll get their fees from suing) This company is in violation of a lot of laws and they use scare tactics to get your information. Once they have it they can do very bad things with it until you get legal help to stop them. They sent a letter to my kid (I live in a no fault state anyway, so F them) and I immediately contacted the insurance company and promptly received this message: I hope this offers you some assurance, but we are in no way affiliated Wilber & Associates. Nicely done keeping on your toes. You got me curious in looking at their reviews as well. Best of luck! Lauren PRIORITYONE SERVICE TEAM Berkley One I also received verbal communication. Once Berkley One seemingly looked into it, ALL communication about this stopped. But, as scumbags like this do, they started up with another letter, months later, pretending to represent a different insurance company. Naturally I promptly contacted that insurance company and got the same response. Don't respond to any letters. Do not give them any information. If they call simply tell them to Fu*k off or just don't answer the phone. If you already gave them your information, because you were scared (that's their intent) find an attorney in your are that will handle this for you and sue them for all kinds of FDCPA violations read more

This agency sent me a letter saying I owed over 12,000! Nothing to show what was owed and who I owe. They threatened to suspend my license if I didn't pay. Zero stars is not an option. They lie, lie, lie. Told me they were a law firm and immediately sent paperwork to have my license and registration suspended. Everyone you speak to has a different information. I was told I could dispute the charges, "just email your concerns." Talked to them 10 days later and the woman laughed at me and said "we don't do disputes." They rarely let you get in a word edgewise, will talk over and yell at you. They will call and literally let it ring twice and hang up. My daughter witnessed that. Payment plans are a joke. If you do pay them, watch out for the 4% the charge your card, which they openly told me about. You could pay by check, that takes 7-10 business days, if it's a valid check. Don't ask for another copy of anything, that's $100. Worst company ever. read more

I received a call from this company because i was involved in an accident where i was at fault. My insurance denied the case so State Farm (other cars insurance) sent the case to this company. I wish I could give them a 0. These people are scammers. Do not pay them anything! They will call you and threaten you, send you letters and even contact other family members in the hopes that enough harassment will get them an easy buck. The claim they have on file for me is bogus. They claim damaged property of their "client's" trees over the phone but when they send letters there are no details of the incident. Only a claim number and a demand for $22,000. They are liars. I have researched them and they do this all the time. They are so underhanded and dangerous.
