I was required to be examined by the insurance company's doctor, who I might add was disciplined in 2014 for falsifying and lying on medical records for WC claims. Strong Law, Ryan M didn't get his testimony thrown out in my case. Either he is completely incompetent or didn't care. Also, he allowed my medical bills to be sent to collections, ruining my credit. There comes a time when your attorney needs to be honest and tell you if he believes your case is un-winnable, not string you along for 8yrs. Every time I called the office to inquire on an update...I was treated as if I was bothering them.
