He likes to talk a good talk to make it sound so appealing and tell you that you have a 95-99% chance of prevailing, and then he'll tell you that you can either pay a one time up front fee or 30-36% of what you get, and then bail on you and if you've paid the up front fee, you won't get it back. He couldn't even show up for the first court hearing! Oh and if you want copies of any of the documents, you have to pay for them. And he likes to increase the actual amount of filing fees that he charges you just to be able to stick a little more in his pocket. The location of his office is in the basement and trust me it looks like everyone in the building stores their things in his office.

Mike was my lawyer and after pushing my court date 3 times, he failed to show up on my last court date and did not even notify me about the plea deal that was offered, which he knew about for weeks. Someone random who I have never met showed up claiming he was stepping in for my attorney, Mike. This guy asked me "I assume Mike went over the plea deal with you?" which was my first time hearing about this on my final court date. Now that everything is said and done I still have not heard from my attorney Mike. At the same time I tried asking him to represent me in a separate case about a month into hiring him, he responded to me telling me he could not talk and would get back to me on Monday, an entire week from when I asked; not to my surprise, he never got back to me despite a second attempt at calling him and going to voicemail. The communication in this firm and their desire to actually help you in nonexistent, you are better off with a public defender damn near, this firm and its people are a joke and nothing but a cash grab for these "attorneys".
