I frequent this car wash often, but TODAY the manager Paul made my day! I haven't washed my truck in a few weeks, so it was pretty dirty. I ran my truck through and left only to realize the windshield and rims on my truck were still dirty. I returned and not only did a Paul explain "brake dust" he personally cleaned my rims and allowed me to wash my truck again. Just came in for a simple car wash. The new general manager, Julius, helped me a few times throughout my visit and was very kind. Towels and glass cleaner are provided for you, as well as free vacuums. It was my first time visiting this location and I can say I will be returning ! It just snowed in Charlotte and if that means anything to you, it should. Lots of salt and grit and crap on the road making cars look NASTY. So I was pleased to spot this practically brand new Wiki Wiki along North Tryon. They usually do a $3 basic wash, but the cheapest today was the $5 which includes a wash and blow dry with all the vacuuming that you can suck. Great service and my car is now CLEAN. The layout of the place is a little on the weird side. You have to drive around it to get in and then drive around again to get out. I don't know why it's this way, it just is. read more

This is my go to when I need a quick wash. Even when it is busy and it seems as if the wash will take awhile due to numerous cars, it doesn't. I'm THAT person that washes their car way past when it should, so sometimes I think a hand wash would be better, but Wiki Wiki gets all of the dirt off. I typically get the $15 wash so my tires can shine. I ALWAYS vacuum my car out when I go (it's free). The only reason why I give this 4 and not 5 stars is that sometimes the vacuum cleaners don't all have the same amount of suction if you get what I mean. I'll have to switch to another hose because a vacuum hose may have a softer suction than what I'm used to. read more

I purchased a Wiki Wax and Shine $20. Upon going through the wash sequence. I noticed my car didn't come out fully clean so nor did it have any type of shine. I walked into you office and spoke to the employee on duty and he informed me the only thing he was able to do was send me through it again. I noticed the employee that was attending the controls didn't scrub the front of my SUV which was the issue in the first place. After getting his attention while he was yelling to have me to take my foot off the brake I informed him of my issue. After such his demeanor gave me the impression he didn't feel it needed such or had to handle it. He sent me back through the wash as a normal wash. I just left since there wasn't any other recourse to get the team there to satisfy my issue. I paid cash otherwise I would dispute with my credit card company. THIEVES. I signed up for a promotion that was advertised as $10 for unlimited washes for a month in Dec. in Jan, I was charged an additional $10, which I let slide. In Feb, $10 turned to $40. When I called the location the number always said no one was available. I went to the location, the manager cancelled whatever membership they had me signed up for and requested my $40 refunded. I was assured I'd receive it soon. March passes by, no refund. Called the personal number provided by the manager for the location several times. No answer. I went back again and the supervisor told me it takes 10-15 days to process the refund and he would look into it. It's now April, still no refund. Still no answers to my calls. Will never be using this car wash again and if I were you I wouldn't either. They do a mediocre job anyway. read more

Have been trying to cancel my membership since December. They gave me a number to call to cancel it since the don't do it from the Wilkinson location. Been leaving messages and tried calling all wiki numbers but nobody answers. The card on file is the same that I pay bills with and it's on auto for other bills and now I cant use it because y'all keep trying to take money out of there. Even have to give a star to leave a review lol...what's the next move? Let a lawyer handle getting my card out of your system and get me some money for having to find alternative ways to pay my bills without losing my card that y'all got on file? read more

After spending way too much money on the crappy service at Autobell I started washing my car myself. However I was always on the lookout for a great affordable car wash even if I had to do part of the work myself. When Wiki Wiki opened I gave it a shot! So far it has been a great experience. The staff are mostly friendly and the facilities are clean and in working order. I signed up for the monthly offer ($30 a month) for unlimited washes! Now that people are starting to realize that they are there and they do a great job it is starting to get busy. By busy I mean the vacuums can be all in use on weekend mornings. The only thing I will nit pick about is the entrance/exit. They share a drive way with the local auto shop, sometimes it can be a PITA to getin/getout since you have to drive thrur the parking lot of the auto repair shop. read more

Got scratches on my car from here so decided I'd stop going. Then found out the stickers they put on your windshield are exceptionally sticky and are pre-cut so when you try to rip them off they come apart in lots of little pieces. I hadn't washed my car in many years (can't remember exactly) so most of the world felt it was time for a wash. I tried out the local wiki wiki wash. It is a nice car wash. All washes begin with an employee scrubbing the car down and getting hard to reach places that an automatic wash can't handle. After this, the automatic wash takes over. Lastly, they have an array of industrial strength vacuums that can be used to clean the interior. I selected the $5 wash, which was the cheapest option. The employee who was handling the washing, Cameron, noticed how dirty my car had become and offered a rewash if the initial wash could not fully clean the car. When I finished the wash and began vacuuming, he came over to assess how well the wash had done. The wash had done well, but the car had been so bad that a little bit still remained in a few places. He let me run it back through again, and it came out spotless. I will definitely continue to use this carwash. read more

You don't have to wait for a full detail or worry about people judging the state of your vehicle because you sit safely inside while the car wash dances in colors around you. Don't bring your dog- it scares them pretty bad but I hear kids dig it. I recommend the $10 deal- it's perfect and your wheels come out looking better than new. Then you can pull up to any spot and have unlimited use of the vacuum (a detail and large suction hoses available at each) and trash services, as well as a machine that cleans your car mats. Brilliant! And inside the store, you can buy air fresheners, armor all, and window cleaner for super cheap- again, not having to deal with people. Heck, you could go in your pj's and feel fine. Since the warmer months are upon us, I've opted to purchase the pass, which gives you unlimited car washes for about $38 a month. Being the car wash pass consists of the $20 wash (premium wash), if I go at least two or three times a month (in which I do), it pays for itself. It can get really packed and the best time to go is during the daytime on a weekday or as soon as they open (8am) on the weekend. I came to this location on Sunday, 09/25/2016 as I normally would every 2-3 weeks depending on the condition of my vehicle throughout the shuffle of the work week. I had the basic wash with the upgrade addition of double polish and lava totaling out to $12. I went through the car wash, and proceeded to the car port to vacuum my vehicle when approached by an associate by the name of Oshey. He pointed out that the front of my car was still dirty and if I didn't mind running through the car wash once more. I was pleasantly surprised for his keen eye to detail. While I was gathering my cleaning products, I noticed that another car stalled out in the parking lot, need I mind you, assisting would be out of his scope, and with how humid and gross the weather was I commend him for going above and beyond to help! He assisted the customer by pushing the vehicle into a parking lot and referring him next door to the auto shop. Many ppl when unhappy are anxiously prepared to write a nasty review, but rarely commend others for an exceptionally great customer experience. Oshey is awesome & deserves kudos! The Good: The washing process is good. Gets your car very clean and is comprehensive. You can select individual services at the kiosk, apart from the preset wash packages. The free vacuums are an advantage as you have multiple stations and you are not rushed. The Bad: When you take your car here to wash be aware that they are not responsible for any damage to the paint (and other things they have listed in their website, under FAQ). I am an unlucky recipient of a small paint gouge after the wash. I am not sure if this was due to the brush the attendant uses or the machine, but it was significant to remove the clear coat and paint down to the primer. I do not know if anybody else has had this experience. I just put this up here so that people are aware that such a thing can happen. read more

I enjoy this car wash and this is typically where I come. The only downside is that they are and have been doing construction in the area FOREVER so its difficult to navigate in and out of the parking lot but that's not their fault I suppose. They have an indoor vending machine that takes cards and holds your standards....air freshener, microfiber wipes, etc. They have several stations that offer free vacuums, a car rug cleaner, cleaner for your tires and assorted scents that you can spray in your car for an extra scent. read more

We came in with too much gravel in the bed of our truck to let us go through, so they offered to refund our money or clean it out for us. This was my first visit to a Wiki Wiki so I wasn't sure what to expect. Now I can report that it is a very good drive-through exterior car wash combined with free DIY interior vacuuming. It is NOT a full service wash such as Autobell. This is the company's second location and it is shoe-horned into a too-small lot in a very high traffic area near the Super Walmart on North Tryon. Four levels of service are offered, priced $5-$20 in $5 increments. IMO the basic wash at $5 is a good value, while the $20 premium wash is overpriced since it does not include interior service. There are plenty of individual self-service vacuum stalls but on a busy day be prepared for short waits to get one. Once you drive into a space you can access a dedicated hose with an attached sturdy nozzle. The powerful vacuum can probably suck a wet towel dry, so be prepared for a bit of a learning curve. Mine kept clamping to the carpet like a leech until I mastered my own hovering technique. Signs ask you to stay no more than 10 minutes but I didn't notice any tickets being issued for violations. ;-) read more

I had already gone through the wash and was vacuuming my truck when an employee asked if she could offer a re-wash. There was still a lot of bug residue on the front of the truck. this place is great for a drive thru car wash! i think it's very fairly priced and my car was super sparkly when i left. i went thru Wiki Wiki because my car had this old, crusty black dirt on it. i was kind of worried a simple drive thru wash wouldn't do the trick, but i was pleasantly surprised! and i'm not going to lie, the reason why i decided to go to wiki wiki as opposed to autobell or a gas station car wash was because i saw the super cool colors of the soap they use! i definitely had to see it up close for myself :) read more
