You order at the cashier as you enter and then wait for a table if you are dinning in. The wait wasn't that long as I guess the turnover is pretty quick. When the food in ready, they will bring it to your table. Rice, water, and sauce is "unlimited" and is self service. The portion are decently big and the food is relatively affordable for the area. I loved the Beijing duck Chinese crepe. Their small plates are also a must try. 2 or 3 is enough for a full meal or you can get a bunch to share.
