I was bussing from Maple Ridge to Metrotown, and she not only met me at a sky train location (so it was easier for me to drop my dog off), but also met me at another sky train location to give me back my dog. She sent me photos of Tucker, my pup throughout the day, and when I got him back at the end of my day, he was exhausted (HOW I LIKE HIM!). Overall it seems like a happy place for dogs and they are well looked after and cared for. I also like that my dogs come home smelling like themselves. When visiting other dog care facilities, the smell of urine and or bleach was overpowering. Glad to have found RTW.

The previous place I was taking him was great except for the horrible stench, which I just couldn't deal with anymore. Pup Culture is in a great location as far as its proximity to my office, which is what I was looking for. Plus, they are open until 7pm, which is perfect - I work long hours and a 6pm closing time just doesn't cut it for me. My little guy (Maltese) perks up in the car when he knows we're getting close to Pup Culture and he literally lunges on his leash to get inside. All of the girls (I didn't see any guys, so not sure if there are any) who work there are super friendly and I can tell they genuinely enjoy being around the dogs. Whenever I need a daycare for my fur-baby, I will be going back to this place, without a doubt. There are dogs of different sizes there and they all seem to love it. Worst dog daycare I've ever used!! Not only is this "business" run inside the owner's own home,…read morebut they have had to shutdown at least once due to giardia outbreak. For those effected, some of the dogs may have gotten sick, having diarrhea issues or worse. Granted it was possible some else's dog had it, but what kind of daycare doesn't clean enough to maintain a clean environment for our loved ones. Don't count on your dog being able to be playful either. If there is any possibility that the dogs might play with each other and become a bit vocal, they are shutdown and put away in crates for a "time out" until their bad behavior is over. This more like a POW Camp than a day care of dogs. Leave your dogs here at your own risk! If they do something wrong, the owner will try to make you pay for damage from the dogs not being supervised and taken care of. Read that contract before you sign up and ask if you can view the areas your pets will be in. You might be able to at the end of the day, but that's so you don't see what happens during normal business hours.

My staffordshire terrier is on the high energy end, so she needs to be paired with larger dogs and/or equivalently crazy dogs :). They do slow introductions to all the dogs and see how they pair well. There are a ton of separated areas for different groups to play. The Facebook photos are awesome to see how much fun they are having during the day. It's the best 100$ or so per month I spend regularly. Keeps my dog tired, socialized, and exercised.
