One is a foster that I have had for two years. The third is a spoiled rotten Yorkie that I am pet sitting for a couple of months. I warned Beth up front that the Yorkie might be a problem child and he was. She said she had to muzzle him. That was no surprise. All the kids look great and were not traumatized by the visit. I called Gayla in Lee Florida, even though I am 40 miles from her, simply because my son lives in Lee and I knew I could hang out there while I waited to pick him up. Not only did Gayla work him into a quick appointment but did the best grooming job on Walter ever. Scottish Terriers are known for being Jerks plus he is overly spoiled but Gayla knew just how to handle him. I understand most people love their dog but as example my children know how spoiled Walter is and me being elderly and not well I have contemplated making Walter executive of my trust to make sure he will be cared for if he survives me, lol. I have two large 80lb dogs and bathing them at home is just a pain. I love coming to this location…read morebecause they have huge tubs that are just the right height. I love that the shower nozzle doesn't require you to hold the trigger down and it's just a simple push up and down on the back of the nozzle. My hands ache and hurt if I grasp something for too long so this helps minimize the pain I feel and allows me to hold the nozzle longer. This location also has a dryer you're able to use along with towels. I normally bring my own shampoo and conditioner for my dogs but they do provide soap in the included price. There's different levels for different prices which include different soaps but I stick with the $10 wash. The staff is always friendly and I've never had an issue with the self service facility. However some people may think you work there, I've gotten asked a couple of times haha. I believe this location also has a grooming service station in the back by professional groomers. Overall, I'll be back to this location!

On top of that my family is always welcome there which is amazing. My dogs get socialization and my kids learn about volunteering and get to play with animals I can only dream of having. Marianne and Danielle are 2 of the most selfless people I have ever met. They constantly put the animals first ensuring the best possible care.
