I had Bobbi and 2 other girls (sorry I forgot their names!) who made me feel welcome and special and had me smiling and laughing the entire time. They did ask if I wanted a consult beforehand and provided one. Bobbi suggested Botox for my masseters which has NEVER been suggested before and has already helped my migraines and made my face look slimmer (bonus!). I had family photos coming up, and she insisted I come back beforehand to be sure everything looked perfect, and it did. She also stayed late to see me! I don't feel they're anymore expensive than other injectors around the TV, but, even if they were, the atmosphere, service and care would be worth it. They have programs to help if you are on a budget. Just go see them--you deserve it!

So, it was nice to have a 5 minute drive to my appointment since this office is down the road from me. The receptionist here is so nice! The downtown location should take a couple lessons from the Eagle location. The receptionist smiled at me. She was kind asking me my general check in questions. She had personality. These basic skills are lacked in 90% of the people who work in registration downtown. If I can have all my appointments here, I would. I hung out in the waiting area till it was my turn. Zach, the imaging tech called me back to the scanning room. He went through the process of the scan with me and guided on how my properly lay on the scan machine. He had me position my legs differently for a couple scans. And before I knew it, I was done. It was quite an easy process which was nice. My other appointments require getting poked at. The Eagle office is night and day compared to Downtown. They are so nice here. It's a smaller facility with an Urgent Care unit which is nice for non emergency visits. It bums me out that I have to deal with the rude receptionists and security check in staff when I'm Downtown. But it was nice to see how the other half are treated at this location. I will have to get more appointments fulfilled here. I leave happy which is nice.

I received a referral from my GP and was contacting immediately by Treasure Valley Urology. The office has Jared G. Heiner, MD Ashley Jenkins, PA-C I was able to see Ashley within a week. I filled out the intake paperwork and the office staff were so nice. Shortly I provided an urine test and then went to see Ashley. The test discovered that I had an abnormal amount of blood in my urine via microscope. GOOD Catch I also talked openly about what guys should feel comfortble talking about in their mid-fifties Does the engine turn on when you press the ignition Does the engine stay revved up after its on and for how long What type of maintenance do you do for sports car to keep it in great running condition? like supplements or eating clean, reducing nitrates and processed foods. It was a great experience with Ashley and the entire team at Treasure Valley Urology. I felt extremely comfortable and I am glad they are on my team cheering me on.,

Saw dr Jenkins tues. Navigation ended in parking lot. Finally found right building got there on time and STILL had to wait almost 50 min. to see Dr Jenkins. Afterwards she directed me to go to Interpath Lab for a blood draw. I was told it was only about a 5 min walk i decided to go on foot (turned out to be closer to 15 min) I have a bad hip and when I got there I was turned away because Dr Jenkins forgot to give them the orders. Now exhausted, in pain and very ticked off (your spell check wouldn't let me use the word I wanted to use) I had to hobble back to my car. Didn't have my cell phone with me. Clinic was closed by then. N we still AM i called Interpath again to see if they ever got the draw orders AT ALL. Said no. Promptly called treasure valley u and told them they were fired. I went to the Carrington College Dental Hygene Clinic…read more I'm not sure that they really have consistent policies that they enforce, and it really wastes their patients time. I was first told it would take two to three visits. The first exam they said my blood pressure was high, but they passed me for treatment. The second time I came they said my blood pressure was too high for treatment. They where approximately the same blood pressure readings from separated by two days. Same blood pressure readings,two days apart. The only difference was the doctors making the decision That is not a fair or consistent policy. If one doctor approves you, then you should be approved for every visit. It's very unsafe for a patient to be cut off in the middle of treatment just because their coffee was a bit strong one day. First time I went they where making claims about my calculus levels without any avidenturary documentation. Nobody could explain to me the clinical definition between calculus level one, two or three. Nobody would take my opinions seriously, even though they where treating my mouth. I went to a dental teaching clinic in the first place because I thought that a teaching clinic would be making a greater effort in following a scientific and professional protocol. This clinic seemed to be making excuses , saying, "This is just a teaching clinic." As an excuse for why they don't need to be professional. I disagree, I think they need to strive to be the most professional and scientific clinic because they are a teaching clinic. For a teaching clinic to admit that they don't care about their reviews or level of professionalism seems like a very poor attitude to have.

I also appreciated that my X-rays & cleanings was very thorough. Although I've only been once, I look forward to future visits, knowing that my dental health will be in good hands. (I sought their care after being double billed by a local dentist, then having several horrifically painful & worse ineffective visits at another dental office.) So if you are between dentists, don't have adequate dental insurance, or just sick of unprofessional dental offices... perhaps consider helping the students here finish out their schooling.
