Advise was excellent, management of PT exercises and progress against healing was perfect. Dr Berg understood my targets, that getting back on a horse was a priority timewise and 9 weeks and 6 days after surgery I was getting on my horse from the ground. Would recommend to anyone who is invested in their recovery and willing to do the work.

Mr. (Dr?) Berg was extremely unprofessional when my son went to see him. My son had Bankart Surgery…read moreand hadn't been to PT yet after a week and a half due to not being able to get an appointment until that day. He wasn't wearing his sling at that moment and Mr. Berg yelled at him, told him his physical therapy was going to be a "FAIL" and wanted nothing to do with him. I may be wrong but isn't P.T. supposed to TEACH the patient what to do, what NOT to do, how to move the muscles, stretches etc? Mr. Berg told my son to leave his office. After that happened I made 3 phone calls to Mr. Berg thinking we could all talk things over and make things right, but Mr. Berg never took the time to return my calls. So my son now goes to P.T. somewhere else and we have told EVERYONE never to recommend this clinic to a patient. Absolute jerk. BTW, my son went to a new P.T. doctor & was told he was doing everything right.

Fantastic service!! I've been here twice now for my pregnancy, and each time it's been great…read more Good: - Quick! Both times I've been in and out in under 30 minutes. They respect my time, and if I have an appointment at a certain time, I'm called back at that time. I really appreciate that, and according to the receptionist, all of the doctors are like that. - Patient! I often bring up several issues and questions, and Dr. Dixon listens to each one patiently and responds. She's very understanding, and I never feel rushed. - Easy to schedule appts! They are always available when I want an appointment. And they're flexible too. Plus they called me two days in advance to remind me about my appointments. - Freebies! They give away these hand sanitizer pens and bandwidth sets at the reception desk. - Clean and modern! The office is up-to-date and always very clean. I feel like I'm in a new office that is regularly maintained and kept up to high standards. Bad: - For pregnant women, you always want the person delivering your baby to be the doctor you've seen throughout the whole pregnancy. This is a group of doctors, so if I go into labor in the middle of the night, then it'll be whichever of the four doctors is on call that night, not necessarily mine. Also, my obgyn is on vacation the week I'm due, which means I'll probably be delivering under another doctor's care, which I don't like especially because I chose this doctor for her high caliber resume. But, that's actually very common, so it's not surprising. Overall, this place is great and I can't recommend it high enough.

Upon check-in, the front desk person told me that I was in pre-collection loud enough for the waiting room to hear. This was not true, which I proved by calling the billing people while I was in the office. It was humiliating even though it was not true, and they never apologized for this. It is disturbing to learn that they treat patients with such disrespect. I would feel the same way about them treating a person who couldn't pay their bill this way. Have a little class!
