Dr. Tessmer is amazing. His adjustments really help with both pain and mobility. Would highly recommend.

Sister Rosalind Gefre Massage & Wellness Center - Burnsville front desk

Sister Rosalind Gefre Massage & Wellness Center

Decided to return & try SRM after being out West since 91'. It was a great experience back then…read morewhen sister owned it! This visit was extremely disappointing. From the jump, the front office person (Rachel) was pushy, and demanding all of my personal information, address, email etc., when I replied, "if I decide to join as a member, I will give that" she was insistent on getting it my reply I may not ever come back here, Why would I give that personal information? Then you are forced to pay the minute u arrive and asked to tip before getting the service. my feeling was this is supposed to be a trusting environment and we can't be trusted to pay the bill after we get our massage? Further, if my therapist does a great I give her a big tip if it's just average, I wanna give her an average tip so why do I have to do all that before receiving my massage It seems rather distrusting for a Christian business. My person "Priyanka" therapist was very kind And sweet. She said she had only been doing this for a month and a half, but was a college educated physical therapist in India that being said I expected her to be phenomenal! However throughout the Massage. I kept asking for a deep tissue, but it never got to that point it was like someone putting lotion on me at the beach sadly. The entire experience was a waste of time and money $105 to have someone put lotion on me get real. I'm a practicing Christian/Catholic and I really was inspired to revisit this place. However, I felt very uneasy having a large crucifix in my massage room a public place where I was naked getting a massage. It seemed rather blasphemous and disrespectful. Just my thoughts. Yes having one in my own home is very different than having one in a public place where you're completely naked. Thought???? The parking is a nightmare. And since I went there at night, it was completely dark and it was only street parking signs everywhere with specific rules about parking. Which are impossible to see at night and read so the entire massage I kept thinking I hope my car doesn't get towed!!!! please go elsewhere. Save your money.

I've been coming here for about 6 months. My first massage was with Krystal and I had a $10 off…read morecoupon. I joined the monthly membership for $65 or so plus tax and you get 1 monthly massage. The prices have since increased. You also got a chiropractor coupon and 2 guest passes which are $69 massage coupons. Massages are around $85 normally. Poor Krystal had her work cut out for her at my first appt as I was super tense. I've also seen Mary, Trang and someone else who was kinda nosy and did her own massage. I don't schedule with her anymore. There is a sign about tips highly encouraged at 15-20%. I've passed out $20 tips. I no longer get my hair colored and never get my nails done. This is my self care once a month. The massage therapists' schedules are set the first of each month. They don't have online scheduling. Old school call in or schedule at the end or before your appointment. Their waiting room chairs are lacking cushioning. Please replace already.
