At my first visit, the doctor prescribed over-the-counter antihistamine eye drops. They did nothing to help. The next day, I spoke with a second doctor from the same clinic. Without even seeing me, he told me he would not recommend those drops and said he would have used a steroid instead. By day three, there was still no improvement. I was then seen again by the second doctor, who was visibly surprised by the condition of my eye and decided I needed antibiotics at that point. After all of this, I contacted management to express concern about the inconsistent care and delays. Rather than addressing what happened, I was told the doctors did nothing wrong and that this is "the best clinic in Minnesota" and that they are "customer-centered." Nothing about my experience reflects that. Conflicting medical advice, delayed effective treatment, and a dismissive response from management are not acceptable when someone is dealing with a serious eye issue. I would strongly recommend avoiding this clinic.

I often bring up several issues and questions, and Dr. Dixon listens to each one patiently and responds. She's very understanding, and I never feel rushed. - Easy to schedule appts! They are always available when I want an appointment. And they're flexible too. Plus they called me two days in advance to remind me about my appointments. - Freebies! They give away these hand sanitizer pens and bandwidth sets at the reception desk. - Clean and modern! The office is up-to-date and always very clean. I feel like I'm in a new office that is regularly maintained and kept up to high standards. Bad: - For pregnant women, you always want the person delivering your baby to be the doctor you've seen throughout the whole pregnancy. This is a group of doctors, so if I go into labor in the middle of the night, then it'll be whichever of the four doctors is on call that night, not necessarily mine. Also, my obgyn is on vacation the week I'm due, which means I'll probably be delivering under another doctor's care, which I don't like especially because I chose this doctor for her high caliber resume. He will give you clear explanations on how to maximize your spinal health without pushing unnecessary treatments. He is always very professional and ensures that each spinal adjustment is done with care. He never rushes through an adjustment! At other chiropractic places, if I really needed an adjustment, I would have to wait over a week to get in! Not with Pete! I appreciate the fact that I NEVER have to make an appointment! After my first visit I could walk into his office during his hours and get adjusted. This was great for me since my schedule gets a little crazy and I can't always schedule my adjustments. Brought my daughter there in Jan. and Feb. and when prednozone didnt work they gave her a Zpack and it worked wonders. So when we went in today and we told her about our past and would like Zpack, she got very heated and made us very uncomfortable and became very loud and said I AM NOT going to give you a zpack, Do YOU understand??? We were very uncomfortable and felt very uneasy. I will file a complaint and will never go back. So sad one person can ruin the place you feel good about getting care.

Dr Berg understood my targets, that getting back on a horse was a priority timewise and 9 weeks and 6 days after surgery I was getting on my horse from the ground. There is a nice coffee/Tv area, 2 lunch passes and an efficient cafeteria. The hospital and doctors had great floow-up, provided their phone numbers if complications and called to make sure we were doing good at home. Each of the staff took time to explain the process, equipment and what to expect. Best hospital service we have ever been exposed to, a very nice facility that actually cares for it's senior citizens!
