Brendon was super responsive, communicative, offered a fair and reasonable price. And worked super hard on the project, which was a fairly extensive painting project walls, ceilings, and some trim in a 1200 sq ft townhouse. As with any painting project, there's always mess and the inevitable cleanup, but that just goes with the territory. What I admire most is Brendan stood by his word, even coming back after we had completed payment, to do some touchup and cleanup here and there. We also negotiated separately some smaller add-on projects at the end. We've done lots of projects in our lifetime, and have to say this was one of the more positive experiences. We would not hesitate to give work to Brendan and his team, if the need arises in the future.

He started the job and then stood her up three different times, each time apologizing and then not show up, again. Our mother called us in a panic because she knew she had made the wrong decision by first not involving us, and second buying from someone unknown. When my sister tried calling Nick Forquer he would not call her back, but instead finally showed up to install our mother's carpet. My Forquer also refused to tell my sister what make the carpet was, that made us suspicious as to where he got the carpet and the fact our mother said the pad he used was in two different colors underlayment cushion. In closing, Forguer did complete the job, one month late; with a huge amount of stress and frustration, and with unknown carpeting. Our elderly mother said, "he smelled strongly of alcohol." when he did arrive.

They solved a problem I didn't expect to be solved: some rooms already had floor strips; I didn't think it and the new strips in the remaining rooms could be made to line up. Luke and Paul lined up the flooring to make it look like it had all been laid down in the same job. Beyond that, they work smoothly and efficiently. They don't look rushed, yet they don't waste time. I imagine Bay View's other crews are just as professional. But next time I call Bay View, I'll ask for Paul and Luke.
