Side Note: Ever since I purchased this rug for my kitchen I've had the most difficult time finding dish towels to coordinate. I found some at CB a while back, but they were $9 each. A bit steep in my opinion, but I bought'em. Ok, enough about the place I'm not reviewing. This spot has tons of rugs, some home decor items and lots of linens. The prices on most of the items I looked at were very reasonable. A friendly and helpful staff make the shopping even better. And two beautiful linens for the price of one - I'm a fan.

They threw it away where I retrieved it from the trash and was able to glue it. Then, after speaking to the owner she had me take a picture of the figurine as proof and then, when the women still stuck to their story she basically called me the liar. SO, since this was a cheap little figurine - although valuable to me - I can only imagine what would happen if they broke something of real value. I wasn't even mad about the figurine - accidents happen, but was SO disappointed how this was handled. There are plenty of other cleaning companies in Traverse City so do yourself a favor and pick any one of those over At Your Service Cleaning - because they are clearly NOT at your service. L.J.
