Unfortunately, they majorly failed in the service department for me. I went in yesterday afternoon with my husband, and we were the only customers in the store. There were two women behind the counter. We were never greeted in any way. One of the women just kept staring at us as we looked around. Openly standing and staring, yet mute. They also will rent out their keg taps and other alcohol related tools for parties which is super great, because investing in a keg tap seems silly when I have needed one once in my 29 years of life. They staff is super friendly, they are always willing to answer any questions, I love that they are very educated on the products they sell. They have also been willing to look things up and even do their best to take requests and order things we are looking for. They are friendly group who don't mind making conversation or complimenting your ID photos.
