They were great at the beginning, flagging everything, providing estimates, and submitting for permits in a timely manner. However, once permits were received, it was very difficult to get them out to the property to complete the job. They repeatedly told me that they would come out a certain day and then wouldn't show up, left the site a mess and held up the build since they took 5+ months to get the water hooked up. After months of fighting with them to complete a simple project, I decided to have another contractor do the site cleanup and test pit fill from the septic and was told by Shay that would be fine, she would just bill me for what has been completed and that it wasn't worth her time to travel to Sisters from La Pine anyway. All in all, I would not recommend this company moving forward and it was a very frustrating experience.

We went through three contractors when we found Matt. The first one bowed out because the project was "too much," the second ghosted us after three weeks, and the third only did a portion of what he included in his bid. Matt swooped in and rescued us. He was straight-forward and on top of everything from day one. He went above and beyond to help us navigate what we needed to do with the county and graciously made himself available for our dumbest of questions. I reached out to them and they quickly looked at the work that needed to be done. Their quote was about what I expected. As a bonus they also guided me about filling out a Fuel Reduction plan with a state agency. This allowed me to recover $500 back from the cost of the clean up. They did a great job on the lot and it looks exactly the way we wanted it. This is despite them running into a yellow jackets next on the property. "We got pretty tore up".
