Never again. if you are looking for quality wicker furniture look someplace else. The wick started cracking after less than 2 months.

Do not work with this company. I ordered a set of sofa and chair cushions. When the cushions came in different deminsions and the patterns were in different directions I sent an email asking for them to be fixed and replaced along with pictures. I then received a phone call saying that they think it's best to go ahead and refund the money and asked for the cushions to be returned rather than fix the iissue. I had no problems previously and was hoping not to come to this. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told the decision was final. Its not worth the bad customer service especially when I was nothing but polite. I'm very disappointed in the follow through and recommend no one shop here. Update 4/16/19: The owner has informed me that they will not be issuing my full refund as previously stated until I remove my review that "slandered" their business. I bought three wicker barstools and all 3 arrived broken in 1-2 places. The boxes were intact so I know it wasn't caused by shipping. These are very cheaply made. I was stuck with disposing of boxes, packing supplies and barstools. Not to mention I received barstools with different colored legs not that it matters sine they were all broken. read more

Had a great experience with Wicker Paradise! I needed replacement cushions for some old Brown Jordan patio furniture. I found a great coupon code which also led me to my $2000 purchase! Haha. I found great color combinations, loved the fabric colors offered! I confirmed with the owner in regards to selection and choice before I made it, they were super informative. I did choose the Sunbrella fabric, because in California, it gets constant sun all day long.They also confirmed there would be a shipping delay due to Covid. Product arrived sooner than expected, boxes were a little haggard, but pads were fine and packaged nicely. I love the colors I choose. Material and workmanship look great, and feel great! They are really spot on to the original Brown Jordan pads, which I'm sure is 4x as much.... bummed the weather will be changing soon, so I won't be able to enjoy them as much as I would like. if you haven't talked to a nasty New Yorker lately, give Vince a call. He continually had conversations with others in the background on two different phone calls and was very rude. When I asked if the batting material was similar in structure and weight on a $1000 replacement cushion for a chaise lounge he said he couldn't be bothered with those kind of questions, buy my product elsewhere and hung up. I'll be honest, the quality is exceptional. Beautifully made. Unfortunately their customer service is horrendous. I received my cushions and they were not "rust" as they claimed. In fact, the website makes it look rust, but it is not. When I asked about returns, I was told they do not accept any. That's fine, policies are policies. I did point out the color was completely off. Now, this is where it got interesting. First, the customer service rep informed me the problem is my computer screen. It's off, not them. Interesting. Second, she/he then blamed me for not ordering a swatch. I pointed out that the suggestion to order swatches wasn't very visible on the website. Also they emailed me prior to doing any work, so they could have suggested swatching at that time. Which they did not. So I was then told, well, I need to read fine print because they always read the fine print. I found this incredibly rude and not very customer friendly. I got no idea where the negative reviews are coming from with this company. I even ask Vince my salesman about them. He said a lot of it had to do with a very poorly designed website that didn't require customers to be sure the cushions they ordered were the correct size not just the correct looking size on the website, they realize the problem and fixed it with an up dated website. I found this company on the internet, I've never heard of them before. I was so skeptical about ordering because of the unbelievably bad reviews but I did order from them out of desperation and because Vince worked with me very patiently. I can be a stickler on double checking and documentation. I placed my order for LV new cushions and everything was perfect when they arrived today about two weeks ahead of when promised! Everything was perfect, size, shape, fabric, color style, everything! I will do business with Wicker Paradise again. Thank you Vince for the fantastic service and product! Unconscionably bad all the way around. Ordered chairs, a loveseat, and two glass topped tables from Wicker Paradise. No glass for the side table. And the loveseat, besides being cheap looking, came without a cushion. It took them 4 months to send. But that's just the start of it. The armchairs were huge and totally out of scale to our porch. While we were willing to keep the custom cushions, no problem, we asked to return the chairs. They refused to take them back because the "cushions were custom". The chairs come without the cushions so this makes no sense. Out $3000, we put the boxes in our garage and placed an ad in the local paper to re-sell them. Finally got a buyer. When we opened the last box, we discovered that one set of chair cushions were never sent!! We asked for a refund for just those cushions (the cushions, after all, were the reason they wouldn't take a return on the order). Wicker Paradise's response: Too late. Tough luck. Wicker Paradise deserves negative stars!! I was planning on placing a large order online for 10 chair and 2 chaise lounge cushions, until I had an extremely disturbing conversation with the man who answered the phone. I'm assuming that this was the owner based on numerous other reviews that I have since read on the internet. When I asked a question, he actually got angry and very nasty. At this point I just hung up because I firmly believe that customer service and quality go hand in hand. A quick search online revealed many other companies without the negative reviews, all offering the same services and at far lower prices. Based on the way this business has treated me and my family, I wouldn't buy from them even if it was free. I've seen an email where they were attempting extortion (by holding onto a refund) unless the slanderous review was removed. Well, this dullard of a business owner needs to learn to read. Slander is an act or crime of making false statements. It isn't slanderous, If it's true. This business got an order incorrect, not 1 time, but 2. That gave them, 2 chances to screw up royally. We called to get the correct order, and they send out a second order, even expedited the wrong order. Then, stated they no longer want to do business. We then write a poor review because they did a poor job getting the order right (twice). And our refund is withheld until we remove the negative review. Here is the negative review. This is America. I have to be honest, after reading the reviews I was very hesitant on ordering from this company. I was also hesitant on placing a large order online when you cannot actually see and feel the products and because it is custom, I would then own it. Wicker Paradise had exactly what I was looking for so I proceeded in placing an order with them. In speaking with Vince and Mark at the company they were helpful with my questions. I wouldn't say they come across as overly friendly but returned calls and answered questions in a timely fashion. The fabric samples arrived quickly. I was told it would take approximately 6 weeks. I placed the order March 24, 2020 and the order arrived (in total) on May 3, 2020 and that was in the midst of numerous businesses closing due to Covid-19! I am extremely pleased with my new replacement sofa cushions, two chair cushions, ottoman cushion and 4 throw pillows. The fabric choices were perfect and the quality is great. read more

It's less than what you pay for. I'm a little more than embarrassed to have bought from these guys once I see the "deleted" reviews. The product is cheap. Very cheap. What is good is...they answer the phone and you get a real person on the other end. It stops there. The product is basically junk and the packaging is nothing more than paper and cardboard, so three out of five items arrived destroyed. I should have cancelled everything at that point. The poor freight service had to eat the costs of the destroyed furniture that was not their fault. It was due to the really poor packaging. It was also due to the really flimsy nature of the Seagrass furniture that was shipped. It's really a poor product at a premium price. I'm sorry to say it but ....it's a bad product. My bad. I purchased several thousand dollars of outdoor wicker and when it all literally broke apart, I called and the owner said, "nothing I can do". My item was delivered in a beat up box with many holes. The powered gel bags that they put in their box exploded all over the item. I called originally to return the chest because the top was much too heavy for children to lift. They informed me that it would be a 30% re-stocking fee ($70) plus the shipping fees to me and back to them! That was almost the cost of the item in the first place. I decided to keep the chest because I might be able to use it in another part of the house. I pulled the chest out of the box and the bottom foot had broken off and another was about to fall off. It looked like the feet of the chest had been hot glued on! Now I am sending the broken chest back for a new one which might show up broken again! The overall quality was not good, and the customer service was even worse. When I asked to talk to a manager the man I talked to told me that I had already spoken to a manager and would not transfer me to anyone else. I placed an $8,000 order with them and within one year my sunbrella outdoor cushions began to have areas that turned black and crisp. Like they were burned. I called Vince, and received THE WORSE treatment from any other merchant I have ever dealt with. I sent pictures and then I sent an actual cushion pillow that had the problem. It appeared that some chemical used in the fabric (it was the highest grade fabric) reacted with the sun which caused it to become crisp and flake. I purchased two chaise lounge chairs and a love seat. The love seat came with cushions made by another manufacturer and clearly not the same quality as the manufacturer of the chair. One of the chaise lounge chairs had a bent aluminum frame. When I contacted Vince and sent pictures of the warped frame, he refused to do anything about replacing the item and said that the item wasn't defective but was handmade and would be covered by the cushions and not be seen. He never addressed the lesser quality cushions that were shipped with the love seat. I am astonished at his lack of professionalism and customer service support. read more

This happened a couple years ago but I am still upset about it. I ordered replacement cushions for the "Cushions Made to Fit Gloster Teak Ventura Sofa Replacement Cushions" and "Cushions Made to Fit Gloster Teak Ventura Deep Seating Chair Cushions". Per description and photos from the website, these are replacements for the sofa and chairs that I had owned for 13 years. When I received my order, the new back cushions were at least 3" taller than the original back cushions from my sofa and are much too tall for the back of both the sofa and chairs. I was unhappy with the way that this looked and felt that this was not an accurate representation of the "made to fit" Gloster Teak Ventura cushion. Upon contacting the company to see what could be done, the owner said that the dimensions of the furniture had changed since I purchased it. No mention to potential customers online that the size of the Gloster furniture may have changed. The ordering instructions don't say to measure the height of the furniture, just the width and depth. Had I done that, I would have known that this would be an issue and would have adjusted my order accordingly. The owner admitted to knowing the height of the sofa had changed but "You received exactly what was stated online. You can get someone in your local area to cut them down." This was on a $1,200 purchase! I told him that he should be ashamed of his response and failure to take responsibility for misleading customers when he admitted to having the knowledge that the dimensions of these particular Gloster sofas and chairs have changed. He advertised that the cushions will fit my exact sofa and they do not since my furniture was purchased before the dimensions changed. He was purposefully misleading customers. His response was that I should learn to take responsibility for my own actions! read more

Buyers beware!!! I found them at replacement cushions online. They list their eeplacement cushions for name brand furnture but in fact they are not the same size and are the same aswhat I can find at the local hardware store for one fourth the price. When I asked them to replace what they sent with a cushion the same size as my original factory ordered item from Brown Jordan. they had the customer NO service to tell me "Perhaps you do not have the brown jordan piece, but a copy?" I will never use this company again. It has absolutely terrible customer service. We purchased a complete wicker living room set in mid-December. The website advertises that the order ships in 4-6 weeks. We received a partial set 8 weeks later. When we called regarding the missing piece, they said it would be another two weeks before shipment. Two weeks later the pieces still haven't arrived so we called again, and were told it would be 5 more weeks before shipment. We told them this was unacceptable and wanted a refund on the undelivered item. The customer service rep refused any kind of refund, he was argumentative, unapologetic, and rude. At this point we are looking at a delivery period of over 4 months from the date of purchase, and are left questioning whether we will ever receive the complete set that we paid $3,000+ for. On 4/25/2009 I purchaser a set of white "Cape Cod"outdoor wicker furniture. The set included one resin loveseat (54w-28d-37h), 2 resin chairs (30w-28d-37h), and one resin coffee table with glass top. It was supposed to be wicker woven on an aluminum frame and suitable for total outdoor use. As of 9/7/2011 the legs of both the ottoman and coffee table have rusted and broke. I have tested the frames of the chairs and love seat and they are also not framed inaluminum and may break when someone sits down. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE... im not sure i would classify the material as Wicker, it seemed like a synthetic material that was woven and looked like wicker, but i could be wrong. Also, returning to this company was a nightmare... the color of the item was a little different than it appeared online (which understandably happens). I drove the item to their showroom to make everything easy. They were amazingly rude and insisted that i pay not only for the shipping to me (which is advertised as free) but also a 10% restocking fee, despite the fact that i had brought the item back to their showroom floor for them and the item was not in any packaging when it was delivered to me, leading me to believe it was a showroom floor piece. If u know for sure that the item will work for you u'll be fine, if u have any feeling that u may want to return it then trust me, u don't want the headache of dealing with these people, their vocabulary is limited to the 4 words "it's in our policy". We purchased what appeared to be a beautiful wicker set from Wicker Paradise in June 2011. The patio set consisted of 6 square chairs and 3 coffee tables with glass. The cost of the set charged to us was $2514.00, we had a coupon discount of $251.00 net total was $2,262.00. The day of the order was June 17, 2011, we received the order on about July 10th, 2011. As we opened up each of the boxes we noticed ever one of the chairs had been bent and broken. We called the business to inform them of the damage and we were treated rudely by the person answering the phone. In fact the conversation was hostile and was pointing blame on us. We requested to speak to a manager. The person hung up the phone on us. We then called back and asked to speak to a manager. A woman came to the phone and said she was the manager and owners daughter, her name was Elana. We explained the damage to the products she said she would get another set out to us to replace the damaged set. The Date we received the second set of patio chairs is now July 26, 2011. Still not complete the manager had to resend the cushions we did not receive them until August 8, 2011. Fast forward to August 2012, we called Wicker Paradise to inform them we had been out on our balcony with our family and friends and noticed that the straps were broken and falling apart. We then called Wicker Paradise and explained to them that the straps on each of the chairs were breaking apart and that it is just about 1 year ago. We spoke with Elana and she had me take photos of each of the chairs and email them to her. I took her about a week to return my inquiry.On September 13, 2012 here is her response; "I received your pictures. Thank you for sending them to me. I see 4 chairs in this picture. I cannot see the other 2 chairs from your order. So, I need to confirm if all 6 chairs are like this. Also, can you please take a picture of the seat of the chair without the bottom cushion on it (seat frame only)? I will then speak to my supplier if he can do anything since the furniture is warrantied 1 year from the date of purchase". Elana asked me to take additional photos and would text me asking questions like is there any labels or is there a name of the company on the chairs. I told her that there was not a label or name and that she should know where she ordered the set from her supplier why would I be looking to do her job. September 14 we sent communications to her and asking her to let us know what she has found out. Now the 20th of September she now has me measuring the cushions??? Don't know why but we did. After still trying to reach her it is now the 26th still no response. Finally we get and email from her on the 27th ; here is the actual email; I have spoken to my factory and have also done some research as to what we can do for you since the 1 year warranty has expired. I have chairs here that have seat cushions that are 21" wide, 24" deep and back cushions are 21" wide, 12" high. If these cushion dimensions work, I can sell you the chairs for $125 per chair, and I will also pay for the shipping costs to Colorado. If the cushion size I mentioned does not work, the chairs with cushions will cost $170 per chair. I await your response to let me know what you would like me to do,Elana of Wicker Paradise. REALLY.....they want me to pay more money for products that were defective in the beginning and this is suppose to suffice??? Well. I we sent the following email....Elana...The defective chairs are under a year from the time of receiving the product. Do remember that you had to send us the product twice due to shipping damages so we have had the product only one year!! If your telling me that the company is going to play on semantics I think this will be a huge problem. We have 6 chairs all 6 are falling apart. Not one chair but 6! We did not purchase 6 chairs and 3 coffee tables 1 year ago only to be told we have to reinvest in defective chairs again. Your solution is not only insulting but it is egregious to think that I would spend $2200.00 1 year ago and then be told to spend an additional $1,020.00 to satisfy the defective product we had been sold in the beginning. Here is our resolution, the manufacturer be disclosed. Second, they replace the entire set at no cost! I look forward to resolving this issue immediately. We have sent two other emails to Wicker Paradise without response! So today is October 17th we called the business again and asked to speak with the owner since his name is on the website. We felt as business owners ourselves we would want to know if we could resolve an issue if we could and maybe he was unaware of the problem.
