I walked into Six-One Vapor Lounge knowing nothing about vaping. I had tried to order stuff online,…read morebut it was all so confusing. I talked to Tyler, who was working alone at that time. I told him that I wanted to switch from smoking cigarettes to vaping and I don't know what I needed. He was so friendly and helpful! He asked how much I smoke in a day, and what type of cigarettes. He found me a juice that is almost identical to the cigarettes I smoked. He also recommended 6mg of nicotine to start with because that was a close amount of nicotine to what I was smoking. He showed me two beginner level, pen style vapes and one that is really simple and didn't even have a battery. He explained everything about them, why they are different from each other, the prices of each one and basically explained how it worked. Once I decided which one I wanted, he showed me how to replace the coil, at my request, so I didn't have to come in to get it done and wouldn't end up stuck without nicotine late one night. While helping me, Tyler had quite a few other customers coming in and out to buy things that were easy for him to help with. He would excuse himself, wait on people really quickly and come back to me. It was impressive how quickly and easily he was able to help the other customers! He must know just about everything in that shop and vaping in general. He didn't rush me in any way, and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated with my trouble choosing things. He filled up my tank for me, so I could see how to do it. I left with 3 different types of juice, 2 extra coils, and everything else I needed to get started immediately. And, all of that cost less than I was spending on cigarettes in a week! And the main expences were for the parts I needed to vape, not the nicotine juices. I will be saving a lot of money from when I was smoking! When I left, I had a few cigarettes left in my pack. I smoked them that evening and vaped a little in between cigarettes to compare the two. I am so glad that I tried both back to back. I realized how much better the menthol tobacco vape is compared to cigarettes, so much smoother and a better taste and way better smell. I think vaping will keep me off of cigarettes for good! I should have made the switch a long time ago because it was really easy to quit smoking this way! Almost every other vape shop in this area will let you exchange a defective vape for a working one if you just bought it and didn't even leave the store ! Their was a whole bin full of them so they could have easily exchanged it for a new one. Bad bad customer service ! Their are plenty of other vape shops in this area,to have this much competition and still have shitty customer service is just a bad business practice. Go to one of the many other vape shops in Williamsport don't go here. I will be sure to let all my friends and family who vape know what kinda of customer service this place provides

Prices are mostly reasonable, plus a small upcharge (on account of it being a smaller business), wholesale tobacco and nicotine are the most reasonable. For glass and supplies, not the cheapest option, but the staff will help you find what you need in your price range, and the lass they have is mostly unique. Half of it cannot be found online or in other stores, honestly cool to go and take a look around.

I got into vaping about 2 months before this place opened. Started with a vape shop in Bloomsburg,…read morebut stopped in this place shortly after they opened to see what they were about. It's a father/son team running the place and they are very nice people. So here's my thing.....when I started vaping, the shop I went to in Bloom sold me something to get me out of the door. I'm pretty sure it's mostly college kids who work there just trying to make a few extra bucks, so they aren't exceptionally knowledgable of what they're selling and they're probably more concerned with getting back on facebook or twitter than they are with actually helping a customer. These guys at Iron Vapor know their stuff though and they know how to treat a customer. Every time we go in, we usually end up spending at least 15-20 minutes just shooting the breeze with them and they actually want to make sure that you are getting something that you're going to enjoy. During my first visit I ended up buying a new mod and a new tank from them, but after I opened it and tried it (which meant putting my mouth on it), I discovered that I didn't care for the tank. I took it back the next day, not really expecting them to take it back, but just hoping that they'd maybe cut me a deal on a different tank.....they didn't even hesitate to take it back and give me full credit towards something more to my liking. My only complaint is that they don't stock my favorite flavor of vape, so I'm still forced to drive to Bloom for that, but these guys will get my business for everything else. I love supporting small business guys like this.
