I worked with Ravneet and Elizabeth for booking the storage units and viewing respectfully. They showed me the units that were available and advised which would be best for what I was moving. The units I booked were located close together which allowed me to pick and choose what items I wanted to go into each and were all priced fairly and worked out well for my budget. I am booking a U-Haul truck through this location with an auto hauler and look forward to working with them again.

I booked and reserved a moving truck 5 days before I HAD to move. I reserved it in my home town and…read morebooked it to return it in my new town. I received a confirmation number and booked a time to pick up the truck, Late in the afternoon of the day before my move I was advised, via phone there were no trucks at the pick up location and I would have to drive an hour and a half to a pick up location, which meant another hour and a half home. And then another hour and half to where I was moving to. What on earth kind of warning is that and what kind of service is that?? When I suggested they deliver the truck to me, I was told that was impossible. I inquired as to whether or not they had men who could drive the truck and how could they possibly leave me in such an awful position. I can not drive a truck and did have someone to do that, but from the original place it had been booked. They could not give up that much time and I had planned the move around that booking. The, so called "Service" manager hung up on me. And, yes, I admit I was angry with him on the phone - who wouldn't be? I highly advise if you want to book and truck and know that your booking will coincide with the reason you need the truck in the first place, DO NOT USE U-HAUL. Since this has happened at least 10 others have told me they had the same experience. Perhaps they should listen to all the lies they have on each recording that you get as they pass you around about 5 times to no one who cares or even want to help and see if they can live up to that - apparently not. On July 25th I had ordered a 15' truck to be picked up on August 5th at this UHAUL location. I…read morereceived confirmation that same day. But weeks later on the day before my move, August 4th, I got a call from UHAUL saying there were no trucks available at this location for the next day (the 5th). Not just no 15' trucks, they had no large trucks AT ALL. I had to drive to another city to get the truck from another location, despite the fact that I had ordered it at this Richmond location almost 2 weeks in advance. If there were no trucks available at this location I should not have been able to order it in the first place, and definitely should have received more than one day's notice that I would be forced to go to another location! A huge waste of my time and money, and completely terrible customer service. Wouldn't have been an issue if UHAUL had just relocated the truck I ordered to this location where I intended to pick it up at, instead of forcing me (their customer) to drive to another city on my own expense. Zero compensation was offered despite the fact that it was entirely UHAUL's fault. I can't imagine how this error happened but I was offered zero explanation or apology. To top it all off, the truck we did eventually get to rent at the other location was filthy, covered in dirt and dust. I am extremely frustrated and will not be using UHAUL's services again.

Although I had a doberman before, I found this dog's behaviour was very different. Don was able developed a customize dog training plan with me. Through his training, I was able to developed a deeper bond with my dog and build on my leadership skills. The great thing about this training centre is Don is a very caring trainer. Every class he would follow up with me on how my dog is progressing. As my dog grew older, he developed other behaviour issue that was related to his age. Don was able to help me through his developmental year and correct his behaviour. He taught me how to follow through with the correction. Now I can walk with him at ease. He does not react to other dog's aggression. Overall, my dog has became very well balance.

A 10 foot cube truck rental this week was satisfactory, however if you have something large to…read moretransport keep in mind that Uhaul advertises the inner dimensions as Length x Width x Height of 9'11" (119 inches) x 6'4" (76 inches) x 6'2" (74 inches) but if you subtract the space taken by the wooden side rails and overhead door, you're only left with 117 x 75 x 69". Plus, on the floor there are two wheel humps over which the height is only 64", and there's also an 8" x 8" metal enclosure over the gas line pipe that breaks up the floor space. The 2014 truck was an American model so the speedometer was in miles per hour with faint kilometre per hour marks that were virtually unreadable in the day time. So, to stay within the B.C. speed limits it's best to memorize which mph to watch: For 50, 80, 90, and 100 kph you can watch the large 30, 50, 55 and 60 mph markings on the speedometer. Uhaul has an awkward gas tank policy. The staff were not allowed to go fill up the truck, nor let me fill it up and get reimbursed. Most car rental firms provide a car with a full tank, and you fill it up again just before returning it - easy. Instead, U-haul provided a truck with 1/8 tank of gas, and, if the truck was returned with a 1/4 tank full would grant a $23 credit for the extra gas. But no credit for more than 1/8 and less than 1/4, and no extra credit than the $23 if returned with more than 1/4 tank. So if you get a truck with 1/8 tank don't fill it up whatever you do!!! Since the tank is 124 litres, filling it would cost you over $100 extra at current gas prices of $1.09/litre (that's over $100 on top of the cost of filling it to the 1/4 mark, which you would be donating to U-haul). This made it tricky making sure that I didn't let it get too low and run out of gas, and yet didn't put in too much gas or have to make multiple gas station stops using up extra kilometres at $0.69/km. The staff were nice and friendly, but at the time of rental were unfamiliar with the Uhaul gasoline policy, as was I. For my protection I also got them to sign that there was dirt and numerous minor scratches and dents that did not yet have the stickers they use to mark where there's prior damage to the vehicle. I did the "Express Check-In" ahead of time online, but at the rental location with the customer lineup, the incredibly slow U-haul computer system (as slow as last time I used them years ago), the parking lot full, and the truck inspections, it still took me a full half hour both picking up the truck, and again delivering it back to them. Afterwards I checked my usage compared to the cost at Discount Car and Truck Rental, and found the cost at U-haul was about the same - very slightly lower. In short, got it done for a reasonable price, but awkward.
