The lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable in explaining all the results, answered all my questions, and before I knew it I was out the door without feeling rushed. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Just started a new weight loss regimen so I will definitely be back to see the progression of my stats. It is so worth the drive. So they want to charge me 76-100 extra dollars per month, not covered by insurance, to still have to go through insurance and pay for all of my medical treatments and bloodwork. I would rather pay that extra money to go to a specialist office not scamming its patients. If Calli Collins ever leaves this practice, or if they start requiring the VIP for even typical primary care services, this review will be changing to a 1 star, and I will go into more detail about my negative experiences with other staff in the office. They refused to respond to any form of communication. They literally stole my money and never responded. 1.3 years later (today), I get a text from them, asking me to schedule an appointment. WTF? They stole my money, never called in my meds and it never occurred to them until 1.3 years later to check and see if I was alive.
