David Pitts sold our home in Marion in 2013 without allowing us the ability to sell to our own buyer which is stipulated in his 990 contract. We took our own pictures, held our own open house without the signs he was to post on the street. I called him with a prospective buyer's phone number and instead he brought a realtor and her client in. He said we gave him the wrong phone number. He said we had an hour to get a hold of our prospective buyer after finding they weren't home. Then, we had 17 days to be out for the buyers.
