I had heard great things about Nate Holler before I decided to have to help me buy my first house. What was even better was that everything I had heard was correct. I can't imagine a more positive, informative, and helpful buying experience. Nate suggested that we have coffee for our first meeting so that we could get to know each other. I think this was the best way to start - because Nate didn't want me to email him a list of wants and needs, he wanted to learn who I was as a person.
