Didn't buy the premium delivery (another $300 WOW) but figured as long as get to front door like all other delivery services (UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON, USPS, other furniture stores, etc), I would be fine. Now, the couch. First, they actually just flipped it off the truck and it fell on blacktop road with a load bang. Second, they refuse to move it even onto my property because "too heavy". Told me only way they carry it to my deck is if I pay them. Not even on my property and want to leave it on main road and leave. Call the store for help. Ashley's answers phone. Sorry no one available to help me, even though I was talking to the same person that had sold me the furniture. Asked for a manager. Not available but would call back as soon as gets in (about 2 hours from time of delivery). It's 20 degrees outside, wind blowing, and I have a brand new couch sitting in the middle of a main road because delivery people don't want to move it. Sure, I can wait. Spend almost $3k on furniture and this is service you get. Finally convince delivery people to at least get it on to my property at the foot of my deck stairs, Sign delivery receipt, and tell delivery people to go away. 6 HOURS LATER! Still nothing from Ashley's. So I call them back Other more important matters to take care of, though they did receive message to call. Must have had same delivery people at other places or truly don't care about customer service. My only two guesses. A bed too heavy for delivery people to even move after flipping it off a truck, a manager that doesn't have time to talk about an issue, and a customer support department that is too busy and too many important other things to deal with than not fulfilling their end of the deal. But a bit of a flea market thrown in where you almost never know what's going to be in stock from day to day. Books, lawn furniture, living room sets, towels, winter boots and kitchenware. Most of it displayed on fixtures that don't match from aisle to aisle, or simply stacked on plywood that's supported by cinder blocks. The store isn't the place you go if you've got Asberger's. Many aisles are tight and at odd angles. But hey, it's very very cheap!

I called a few local companies and was very disappointed. I'm a Maryland resident, but traveled to Chambersburg. Why? Because Mike was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions over the phone. He had a couple of saunas on display. I appreciate quality and the Finnleo saunas are clearly crafted to perfection. He explained all of the features and sent me home with literature to review. He priced two of the Hallmark series saunas for me that day. After perusing the catalog I decided on the Hallmark 46. I took another road trip to place the order with Kim. She couldn't have been more pleasant. She was honest and let me know the saunas were back ordered and when I could expect a delivery. I had a few questions from the electrician and sent emails to Kim. She answered all of the questions promptly. I was pleasantly surprised when my sauna was delivered early. Mike and Wes delivered and installed the HM46. They arrived when expected, set up was perfect and all packaging was removed. I have used the sauna every day and LOVE IT LOVE LOVE IT! I would highly recommend Outdoor Living!
