The adult paperbacks are £2.99 each and 2 for five pounds and I can always find something I want to buy. They have lots of non fiction books too including a small section on the local area.
However this wonderful shop has one massive flaw. The lady who works in there seems to absolutely HATE people, not just children, but all customers. She takes it as a personal insult if you want to buy something, and in the event you want to use a debit card its as though you've slapped her. I'm not sure what the refund policy of this store is, because I would never dare to take something back.
I am a friendly person and normally chat to shop assistants, but have never even had a thank you from this lady, let alone a smile. Its such a shame as its a gorgeous shop.
