I guess things happen, and I did not lay blame. I hired Liberty Pest Control and they zapped and zapped and zapped. My vet at at Bay Ridge Animal Clinic, gave me meds for my cat. All was fine except when you stepped in again a week after to feed my cat. Hello, fleas again. Liberty Pest Control came back. The vet gave more meds for my cat. All I had wanted is to have had my keys back. But you escalated it. You could have dropped my keys into my mail slot. You could have sent them to me via registered mail. After the second infection of fleas, I had had it with you. i could have sent to you verification, then I thought, owing to Mistie, might there be a third infestation? Last time she was groomed, she sustained a severe injury & I ended up paying $900+ in veterinary bills. In comes My Natural Pet, I needed to find a new groomer & my dad was a fan of theirs. They were so thorough, professional, and my dog actually seemed more calm heading with their groomer than my last. My dog came out with no nicks, she was done within an hour(my last groomers had my dog at least 4 hours every time), and she looked great. She hated brushes & cleaning under her eyes, now she's so easy & doesn't mind it. I can't help but think she detested these activities due to association with her last groomers.
