Cathy was super friendly and immediately put me at ease. She took a look at my septum and was honest about the possibility of needing to repierce if the initial position looked crooked, which I appreciated. It wasn't necessary though because she got it spot on, first try! I felt a little faint from the piercing (though it was quick and didn't hurt at all), and she was so kind and accommodating and clearly equipped to handle it. You can tell she has a lot of experience and the skills to show for it. I love my new septum piercing!

The piercer was friendly but that doesn't matter if they're inconsistent. She wasn't very organized or put together when came it to actually taking a client. It didn't really look like she cared for clients safety cause coughing without a mask when handling the piercings. We agree to have her order my piercings that I wanted. You would think that it would take less than a week or two get them. It's been a month. She hasn't even called me once to let know what's happening going. I did call her once just for her to tell that she had to reorder them and then never heard from again. I finally ordered my jewelry myself and it got here less than a week. I should not have waited a month for absolutely nothing that was my mistake.

My nose stud was sinking into my nose, barely noticeable! I mean you had to take a freakin' magnifying glass up to my nose just to see it! I knew something wasn't right. I went back up there and a older guy not the piercer who original did the awful job ( some guy named "crazy" to bad I asked him his name after the piercing) told me it was fine sometimes the skin grows over the stud just keep pushing it up! Sounds dumb! so I called China Doll right up the street in Hammond, IN (awesome place! go there instead) and Carol took good care of me! Don't go to this place for piercings period!
