It is legal with parental consent in Indiana, so after doing some research in good, reputable places, we made an appointment and roadtripped to Indiana. Our appointment was with Jim, who explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly and kind. 45 minutes later we were done and my daughter couldn't be happier.

The piercer was friendly but that doesn't matter if they're inconsistent. She wasn't very organized or put together when came it to actually taking a client. It didn't really look like she cared for clients safety cause coughing without a mask when handling the piercings. We agree to have her order my piercings that I wanted. You would think that it would take less than a week or two get them. It's been a month. She hasn't even called me once to let know what's happening going. I did call her once just for her to tell that she had to reorder them and then never heard from again. I finally ordered my jewelry myself and it got here less than a week.
