Told me they'd be in charge of everything, help picking out things, ordering things etc. Well that didn't happen really. Went to Florida for several weeks. They told me it would be fine. I came home and the things they had done were wrong. I have to say, they admitted their mistakes and paid for them. He said he was busy and he would get back to me on a time to come out to the properties. Two more days and no return call. Needless to say I still haven't heard from him.
