Be very careful when purchasing equipment at Wescor. I had purchased a Atosa tabletop convection…read moreoven. I had the oven for 21 days and it cooked cookies totally uneven. I contacted Atosa and they said it was probably a convection fan issue. Wescor accused me of not have the correct power set up - I hired a electrician and had everything done properly, I bought 3 thermometer's and tried everything, half cookies came out half cooked other side cooked. Atosa said there was a 2 year warranty, Wescor could have sent it back but told Atosa that the process of my return had already been started (false didn't receive refund till a week later) and that Atosa could not do anything to help. I was told I would be charged a $175.00 re stocking fee, which was ridiculos as the oven should have be sent back. I have no purchased a Caldo bake oven from a Different company and could not be happier. The level of service was aweful and I would tell customers to be warry of your purchase.

Come the day of installation, the installer nerver showed up! Called my contact there and was told "someone forgot to write the appointment down in their book" so the job was not placed on the sheet for the date promised. Next appointment was kept. However, the cabinet back splashes were not made properly and had to be redone. The appointment was booked (day and time) to replace them. Again we thought the installer was going to a no show. He called said that he running late. He'd be at our place in 30 minutes. This was outside the timeframe that we gave them as we had to pick up our daughter and take her to dance class. The company has no good method of communication between departments. And installers don't know how to manage their time. NEVER AGAIN!
