You could stand there for an hour before someone notices you because the obscure glass is always closed. Second they informed me that my Blue Cross Ins. could not be accepted. This is the first time in 30 years I have had to pay for a doctor visit. Then they told me 10 min later there Might be a "loophole" Next, the staff of women working their looked like they just rolled out of bed. I was led to what should have been a bathroom to provide a urine sample but their was no running water to wash your hands. This is so unsanitary it was like a third world country. Next doctor was okay when he finally came. Upon checkout they informed me I had to pay for the visit. They Never even tried calling my insurance to see about covering the visit. They said "a" person had had the same insurance and that the visit was denied. Never mind that it could have been for non payment of the premiums, etc. Now I am left with having to summit forms for reimbursement , a huge hassle.I will never return.
