You could stand there for an hour before someone notices you because the obscure glass is always closed. Second they informed me that my Blue Cross Ins. could not be accepted. This is the first time in 30 years I have had to pay for a doctor visit. Then they told me 10 min later there Might be a "loophole" Next, the staff of women working their looked like they just rolled out of bed. I was led to what should have been a bathroom to provide a urine sample but their was no running water to wash your hands. This is so unsanitary it was like a third world country. Next doctor was okay when he finally came. Upon checkout they informed me I had to pay for the visit. They Never even tried calling my insurance to see about covering the visit. They said "a" person had had the same insurance and that the visit was denied. Never mind that it could have been for non payment of the premiums, etc. Now I am left with having to summit forms for reimbursement , a huge hassle.I will never return.

Also, made a consultation 3 hours before available appointment and they had an opening same day, made up my mind about treatment at consultation and 15 mins later was done. The ambiance in the spa is beautiful and relaxing too. The bad - the receptionist girl. Very unhappy and unwelcoming besides fake smile and welcome to Elite Spa. Maybe she was in a bad mood this day, but her behavior was abrupt and irritated, as if she was being bothered by our presence, and when my sister was asking questions about filling out forms. Please, owner of the spa, help this pretty girl better understand customer service and what its like to be friendly and approachable with female customers ESPECIALLY where artistry creates beauty.

The results were minimal. I then decided it is worth the 4 hour round trip to have Dominic do my next PRP. Wow, what a difference. Dominic spent over an hour injecting the serum and went very deep into the tissues so the results will be much more effective. Dominic is so thorough and a true professional and I will continue my 4 hour trips to go to him over anyone else.

As soon as I told them this they canceled the reminding days I have left to get what I needed from the store. I told them I paid them to be able to get what I needed until this date. Dr. Lavani is a great doctor. Very caring. The lousy thing is, this doctor went from accepting our…read moreinsurance to wanting to charge us hundreds of dollars a year just to be a part of his "special" club. If you opt not to pay this special membership fee, he will no longer see you. I have to give a lower rating because my husband, myself and our kids were patients of Dr. Lavani for some time. He had extensive records on us and knew our needs. When switching over to making patients pay extra, above what their insurance pays - hundreds of dollars more, it hurt our family and we had to find a new doctor for all of us... which isn't easy. It's time consuming, and alot of work to go for new patient appointments to find a doctor who can handle everything your family has going on with their health.

I love that I can get a facial and fillers (LOVE Dr. Mowett) in one location. The office is immaculately clean, they schedule so you're never rushed or waiting for your appointment. When you walk in you're immediately greeted, after you complete your paperwork your treatment specialist comes to take you back to a private room. I used to be secretive about getting Botox so I truly appreciated the privacy that was given. Once in the room you discuss goals and problem areas then decide on the final treatment plan, once again catering to your immediate need not just what was scheduled. After the service you return to the front desk to pay and book your next service. The five stars are across the board. The location, staff, service offerings, the education they give you about the service and your skin, privacy and again it's super CLEAN!!!! I'm a fan of ZENA and think you will be too.
