Opening hours are good and relative to many people living in villages, especially the elderly who would otherwise have to travel. The prices are very good in comparison with larger stores. The staff are always friendly and have time to help with any queries as well as serving customers. The shop is very well laid out and items easily accessible. The Post Office is in a separate area which is well planned so that customers have some privacy when conducting their business.

When you walk in there is a good stocked store and worth abrowse if you have the time. There is often a queue and I find 2 pm to be the quietest time to visit. You can do everything at this post office and theres usually at least two windows open. The staff are friendly and very helpful from posting off your ebay parcels, paying your bills to buying your car tax. Lets hope this post office is one to stay!

No self service machines just real people who are friendly and happy to help with questions and even with prepaid returns. Note that it's in the back of a convenience store, so can be missed, but seriously much less chaotic and worth the walk to avoid the long lines over on St Andrews. There is also a great ATM on the outside of the shop that doesn't breakdown half as often as the ones on the main tourist path.

At the entrance you will get a ticket-so you know how many people are waiting in the queue and there are comfortable seats in the waiting room. Very often at the entrance is someone who answers questions and direct you to the right place. There are also self-service points located on the right side of the entrance. .

Although they manage to have a large variety in a small shop, this is the highest price post office I have found! Things are expensive, but if you need it, you need it and don't mind paying that extra 50p! Whenever I have sent parcels from this post office they have got to their destination so I have never had any bother with that. Parking is often a problem with space for 4 cars. Other than that, you have to park in a side street which isn't too bad!

The post office provides an excellent service for the local community, what with paying bills, posting letters and parcels, cheques, banking services etc etc. The staff are great and they have worked there for years so onece they get to know you as a local also they go out of their way to help you as much as they can. They get very busy on mondays and thursday and yet they still provide a very effiecient and excellent service and remain professionable and very friendly no matter what stress they must be under. They have been very helpful to myself as i have done many ebay stuff over the last couple of months to get oney for christmas and they have give me the best time to go up and post all my stuff, showed me how to do the labels and packaging efficently and never make me feel rushed or anything. They also have gave me lots of tips and ideas about my ebay stuff as they have many people whom they provide service to regarding ebay selling. They are great and provide a invaluable service to the community.
