One of the cool things about travelling out to the country (not that I would call Whittlesea the country, but it is close enough) are the number of bakehouses you find out there. They seem to have a different feel about them to the coffee shops that you find in the inner-city, and they are certainly much better than the pubs you find out here. Anyway as I was wandering through Whittlesea I came across this place, and considering the number of people in here is certainly is very popular. Mind you, they only have plain tea, which was rather annoying, but they do make a decent coffee, and the barrista was more than happy to make it just as I like it. As for cakes, well there are heaps to chose from so those with a sweet tooth will definitely find this place a delight. read more
