Small ice cream shop in downtown Marietta. We stopped by after walking around downtown Marietta. It was a warm day so the ice cream hit the spot. There are a few seats inside and a patio with outdoor seating. A public washroom was a welcome discovery. The ice cream was delicious! I got a single scoop of sea salt caramel in a cup. A generous scoop and it was delicious. My friend got a Hawaiian whit (like a DQ Blizzard) that included vanilla ice cream, pineapple. They loved it. Friendly service and good ice cream. The beginning of the month and they were out of the Whittie of the Month with no clue when more would be made. Had to get the custard instead which was basically soup with little of the toppings I requested. Quality has gone down hill and the old lady behind the counter just shrugged. My whole family loves Whit's. A simple custard shop? Yes, but why make it complicated when you can make the best vanilla custard!

Really good, but really heavy handed with the artificial vanilla flavor. I like to do candy mix ins with my vanilla custard as a base when I visit custard places or do whatever special they have that day. I've had better versions of my usual order, but my husband got the salted caramel (flavor of the day) and it was really good! We also got our dogs custard. They LOVED it of course! read more

Great frozen custard in Marietta. If you are in downtown Marietta for a visit or event, take the short walk up the road to Whits. Their flavors of th day are always great just play but you can also go with something blended. You can't go wrong. They have more seating outside than inside so go on a nice afternoon or evening. read more

Creamy and delightful, I had their version of a turtle sundae. I believe this may be a local chain, as I think I visited the Athens store over the summer. Good spot for college towns. I was very excited about the prospect of a new dessert spot for this area, and the first few trips were fine. The custard itself has good flavor and the shop is quirky and fun. But I am very disappointed with the service. I should be more specific. I am disappointed that the owners or managers see it fit to put children behind the counter to serve the customers. I recently visited and ordered a Whitser (similar to a Blizzard) and had to watch as a kid, who could not have been more than 12, completely butcher what I had just paid for. Not a single person behind the counter saw it fit to step in and prevent him from serving me a melted, sticky mess. I should also mention that he was not the only kid under the age of 12. There was also a young girl attempting to help him with my order, unfortunately. It was a disappointing experience, and I'm not sure if I will be returning if that is the type of business they want to run. read more

No complaints after visiting here a few times. Love they offer smaller sizes. I enjoy this amazing treat but in MODERATION lol. Love that they seem to offer different flavors regularly. Drawback would be not a giant selection as they seem to only have 4 flavors each day, but the few times I've been 'only' 4 flavors has worked out fine. I purchased a mini and a medium Marietta Madness to go. When I got home they were the worst ever. They did put pecans on both sundaes but no Carmel or not fudge to found except a microscopic dot on side of cup and that is generous on my part for even mentioning. Nearly $10 for vanilla ice cream with some pecans. I have had much better from White but this was beyond disappointing. read more

Can't ever get the no sugar added for a milkshake. They claim to always be out of it. They tell me I can buy it in quart or even scoop size but not for a milkshake. That doesn't make sense if it's in the store make me what I want. I stopped going there last summer after I was told 3 times in a row that they would have it the next day or on a certain day. But each time I came back no product available or was told they didn't get it in. Twice this year I went there just to give them another shot but was told they have but can't use for the milkshakes. I'll now never go back. Been lied to and not taken care of as a customer should be. read more

This was by far the best custard I have ever had. It was a wonderful surprise. We had just had a terrible dinner at a fine dining restaurant in Parkersburg West Virginia and this place made the evening better. The staff was nice and not pushy. Thanks for a great dessert. read more
