if you can avoid doing business with this company you'd save yourself a headache. there are so…read moremany other companies you could choose out here on the North Fork who are better at customer service. I ordered a cord of wood. Paid in cash as they expect. That's fine. They delivered a little more than half a cord and refused to deliver the rest. despite it already being paid for. When they dropped the firewood, I told the driver it didn't look like a full cord. He insisted it was. When I stacked it, it was quite clear it was slightly more than a half cord. I called, was asked to send pics and measurements. I did. it was clear. Chris's response? I've been in business 35 years I don't make mistakes. And he's yelling. Because that's what you do to a dissatisfied customer. You yell . And you dont correct your error. You hang up on the customer. And in later convos he denies his earlier statements. Gaslighting. And yelling. Over a half a cord of wood. Cheating a customer for $130. Over his mistake. Class act. (Insert eye roll here) Avoid this guy. His ego makes him difficult to work with. I'm sure he has lots of friends who will write glowing reviews. Sure. Whatever.

I'm telling you- if you want THE BEST landscaper out east then East End Landscaping Service…read more(Riverhead) is exactly where to go. Our home is in Southampton. Our lead contact is Anner, he is extremely knowledgable and not only that- he cares about your landscaping needs. They work hard, they listen to feedback, patient with my lack of plant knowledge aka willing to explain what they are doing and why. Basically, these guys provided superb customer experience on top of quality work. I priced out many landscapers and I went with them because Anner actually listened to what I said, worked within my budget and is always checking in whether it's on the phone or in person to make sure everything is going smooth. We're not able to be at our property all the time, we're in and out on weekends so can't manage all we want or be onto of our yard. This team went above and beyond by solving issues we had before we knew we even had them. One of my favorite things about these guys is the trust that I feel that I leave my yard in good hands. Even without being asked, Anner has dropped seed and also adjusted irrigation to better suit the areas around the grounds. Since we've had his team on our property, it has never looked better. If large issues arose, he would consult us. Nothing ever surprised us about charges because he never charged us anything we hadn't agreed to before hand. Very fair. We even had an emergency situation, a worker cutting an irrigation line on our property, Anner was able to get there and solve the issue quickly for us, which was awesome because we were not there. Also, the way the mow and clean up the yard is so fast. Our children love to watch the team from every window. Overall, I highly recommend giving them a call for any and all landscaping needs. I look forward to working with them again soon. Can not say enough positive.
