I called them as a Hail Mary to come get my place inspection ready... not only were they friendly, they understood my situation... their work was well worth the price. We came back to a pool that was under-serviced and severely off-balance, so much so that in 6 days we haven't been able to reinstate it to the clear and perfectly balanced condition that we left it in. Instead of adhering to the agreed schedule, Harvest Pools arrived a full week after our departure, and subsequently, another 10 days later. By the time we returned home on the 26th day, it had been 9 days since they last "serviced" our pool, and it was evident that they had done more harm than good in our absence. Even more disappointing is the company's complete lack of responsiveness to our concerns. Despite numerous attempts to contact them to rectify the situation, they have effectively ignored us--a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction. In short, avoid this company and perhaps pay your child neighbor $10 to dump a gallon or two of chlorine in your pool every few days. I'm pretty sure your pool will be better off, and your entire family won't be severely disappointed with your pool upon your return like mine has been.

Dakota came out and took care of the biggest issue and let me know what could be done about other things. He was beyond helpful and we talked about him returning to fix the rest. He also measured for a new thermal cover. However, the main office never followed through with a return visit or to finalize my order for a new cover. I didn't even get a response to the email followup request that I sent the day I received the invoice for the original visit.

When my friend found contractors that would help him finish it Blake told him he was going to come back and mess him up. He threatened my friend. Keep in mind my friend had paid him to finish it. My friend had to call the police for the threats that Blake made. Please do not use this company. Do not trust this guy!
