Came several times and couldn't unclog a simple laundry drain. Tries to tell me my laundry hopped out of a closed washer and into the drain and that's what's blocked it and they can't fix it, after four or five trips out here. One of the several times a guy they've since fired came and left dirt marks all over the laundry room wall, unit housing the hot and cold water faucets and drain, an antique quilt sitting in a basket, the dryer, the blinds in my living room (peaked through with his dirty fingers), put extremely dirty equipment directly on my carpeted floor, dented and dirtied up my drier by getting on it, dirt on boots, left dirty nasty clothes, cigs, etc. on my yard and driveway. The testing and flooding of the washer, which they made me clean up, flooded the entire flooring of my laundry room and now there's a huge mark of mold on my daughter's wall from leakage of water into her wall. They refuse to fix it or even acknowledge they did that. NEVER use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
