Certified Crook. I hired this crook who told me that he performs thorough home inspections with…read moreintegrity. (LiE) He told me "I take my time", I spend 3.5 to 5 hours on each home I inspect. (LiE). I inspect everything in the home and document my findings. (LiE). He charged me $225 for less than 57 minutes for a home inspection. The inspection report was incomplete. It failed to include the missing cover to the crawl space that he claimed he entered. All the doors in the house would not completely close and had mold on them that, was not included in his inspection report, mold was growing on the walls in the hallway, not mentioned, there was a random piece of un painted wood attached underneath the roof in front of the house, not included in his report, there were random wires dangling, not mentioned in his report, amongst other important defects not mentioned in his report that, I paid him to include. I contacted Michael immediately to express my dissatisfaction and requested half my money back. Michael, said NO. This guy does not deal fairly. His behavior and conduct was that of an addict looking for a quick fix. He's hustling the home inspection game. It was important to know the condition of the property to make an informed purchase decision. A professionally prepared inspection report was presented to me. The report included pictures of each area, and an evaluation of the site, exterior, roofing, structure, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and interior. The inspector made comments throughout the report to help me understand certain conditions observed. This allowed me to negotiate with the sellers regarding repairs needed on the home. Requested a refund from Sandord's and they have refused to refund our money for the work they did not complete! They are scams and thief's they stole our money we did not get the services we paid for and they continue to lie about paying us back. Would never recommend them!!
