She knew exactly how to put me at ease and she was amazing with the baby. Most importantly she captured the most stunning photos of my little one that we will treasure forever. That said, it's pretty disorganized and takes FOREVER. This past time they started 30 minutes late, which is annoying since then we were late to our next activity. After the session, he said it would take 10 minutes which really was 10. Their phone was bringing and multiple vendors made deliveries and they always stopped to deal with that. Even when he was showing me my photos he stopped to interrupt the people next to us and ultimately get up and walk away. Then he proceeded to try to upsell me as if he didn't just rudely walk away. The picture people closed so we went here again. Overall it took 2.5 hours to do what could have been done in 1 hour. They need someone to manage the place. Answer the phones so you can deal with the customers sitting there in front of them.

Signed up for a year and it seemed like a good deal. Learned later on they had an unlicensed…read moremodeling agency (at the time) using the facility for castings and photo shoots which was owned by the same person who owned the studio. I shoot with many models signed with legitimate licensed agencies in Boston and did not want those agencies to think that I was associated with any wrongdoing. I inquired about the situation with the owner and got run-around responses to my queries. Eventually the owner said if I wanted out of the year contract he would be willing to do that and I quickly agreed to his offer. He then kept the full payment of a month's membership even though I did not shoot there that month at all. This incident occurred at the beginning of that month. I even told him he could pro-rate the refund based on the date of his agreeing to let me out of the one year contract. I thought that was more than fair. I think the owner is a very shady individual and I can back up my claims here with actual Facebook messages (which cannot be altered once sent) from the owner.
