I was surprised to see the topsoil they spread had large lumps of clay mixed in, but they sprayed a seed mixture and covered most of it with straw and netting. Spring revealed a rather sparse lawn with lots of bare spots. MM said to fertilize, which I did. On our lake side yard, which is exposed to wind, part of the netting and seed had been blown away by the wind leaving a long bare spot. When MM finally came to inspect the work in late May he said it looked good, though maybe I should overseed and fertilize. Or, he said, I could rehire them to come back and do the reseeding and fertilizer. Apparently, that's his idea of standing behind BR'swork. My conclusion is that they seem to take little pride in their work -- get it done, get paid, get to the next customer. My response is to add, get another estimate before you hire them.

A month later, I changed my mind and wanted the stumps cut much lower. My neighbor hired them, so I texted them to see if they could pop over and cut mine lower while they were next door. "Yes", they said, and they didn't even charge me! They also cut the huge trunks into smaller, manageable pieces and even stacked them! Friendly crew, very good equipment, and always willing to help! Inbody did an awesome job taking down 2 big pines and an oak tree (which hung over my shed and…read morehouse) and trimming up another oak. Their precision work was amazing to watch. They tied up each branch before they cut and lowered it to the ground before chopping it into manageable chunks. They chipped up all of the branches, hauled away all of the wood, and cleaned up nicely when they were done. The guys on the crew are all super-nice and the price was the best of all the estimates I got. I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again when I need more tree work done.
