We even had a contract for maintenance with them last year as well. So naturally we called them for Spring start up this year, and no call backs after at least 8 calls into them over a span of 2-1/2 weeks. Once we finally reached someone on call #9 they told us that the no longer service Middleville. All I can say is this is the most disrepectful service I have ever received from someone that we had done business with the year prior, but only to be ghosted by them in the current year with no information whatsoever that they no longer serviced our area. Shame on them for such horrible communications and business practices.

And the guys were always happy, friendly and courteous. I have hired other lawn services before, and Jared, the owner of GRR, is the only one who took the time to communicate with me when they had to delay a day because of weather...which I really appreciated. I also like the option to pay them online with a credit card. (Paying online is just easier than trying to catch the guys out there or sending a check). Also, I like that it's a small, local lawn service, not a national chain.

I recommend Weed and Feed to anyone who asks about lawn service- I've had nothing but trouble with quality and customer service from big lawn companies!
