Shoes, containers, phone bags...etc. I happen to forget my waterproof pouch for my phone and had a thought, "Oh, it'll be fine...I won't tip..." My husband is from the area and we have been to this park multiple times. I called the Parks and Recreation office and the woman who answered the phone said she would let the web master know and make the change. I said if you don't believe me, check out the article about the dedication in 1963 and find the plaque. Also, if you like geocaching, there is a 3 stage one located inside the park. I've been to a rage room before and this one really needs to step up it game. First, only one person is allowed in the smaller room with a fridge, punching bag, few panels, a table (that you can't hit), some glass bottles scattered around and like 8 extras you can bring in, and a guy that stands there and watches you from outside the room despite cameras being setup (it was a little awkward but he was nice). Next, safety gear needs updating. I had glass hit me in the face when I hit a bottle (the guy warned us it could happen) but definitely some face shields should be a thing because their safety glasses aren't great. Lastly, definitely need more options to destroy and destroy with. I only saw a metal pipe to use to hit things with. It was still fun to do and definitely a stress reliever but I think I would rather go to a larger rage room.

We mistakenly went to the other Escape Room in town and when we arrive at Time to Escape, it was 8:14pm. When we walked in, the lobby was empty and once the attendant came up a couple minutes later (8:16p), he said "You are not my 8pm are you?, we have a 10 minute grace period unfortunately". They do not offer refunds. But we could call on another day to speak to a manager and maybe they can reschedule with an additional fee. They only had two workers this Saturday night. Now based on my scheduling the event time and availability, the place did close until 9pm and both Angry Beaver Smash rooms were available in scheduling, and the smash room appointments are only 10 mins long with the average person only spending 3-7 minutes in the room (per mgmt review elsewhere). The parking lot only had one other car besides ours. it was not busy AT ALL. The attendant offered us no resolution other than to keep our money and told us to have a good night. Yes we were late, poor logistics on my part, mistakes happen. But the lackluster response, clearly wanting to close up and go home, and the skeleton crew on a Saturday night demonstrated everything about this establishment. I am in town for a couple months from NV. Originally, I wasn't planning on training since I have a…read morerigorous academic schedule with both my military and civilian careers while being here. However, I changed my mind when some of the girls I worked with expressed interest in training. This was the closest place. I did call at first and didn't receive a call back like a previous review. However, knowing that most gym owners do everything at their gym like teaching, cleaning, scheduling, front desk, and even possibly working a full-time job in addition to running a gym, etc. I didn't take this personal... I looked at the time... saw it was class time and sent an email to the gym. I did receive an email back! Chris asked me if I ever trained. I told him yes but I'm probably going to only do no-gi because I didn't plan to train while I was here initially and didn't bring my stuff. He said told me it was no problem and he had a bunch of loaner gis that I was welcome to use. Chris is really down to earth and welcoming as well as all his students! The vibe is great at this gym. I've been training for over 9 years and I really appreciate when a gym welcomes guests as their own and has that family feel right when you come in! Come try them out if you are in town!

I was here short term for military training and education but had a great time training with the team here. Everyone was welcoming and encouraging. I had been out of training for over a year, and this was my first time coming back, since I had some free time while I was here. I was coached and welcomed as one of the team without a second thought. It is clear the culture they have here is intentional and supportive. I recommend anyone in the area train here.

The trail itself is pretty much an out-and-back route with a couple of side trails that go into the neighborhoods or just an alternate route. While the vast majority of the trail is "in the woods", the park is sandwiched between the golf course and the houses but (at least while I was there) the area was pretty quiet. Admittedly, it was a cool winter morning without much sunshine. In any case, the area seems to be a popular place for walking or hill running, either on the trails or the park road. This park, while not one of the largest or most secluded, is a great place for a quick escape.
