For the actual appointment, things went just as smooth.  I had actually gotten an incorrect switch and they took the time to explain why it wouldn't work and what I should get to replace it.  The other installs and checks went smooth as well, and they were in and out in a flash. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again.
