Don't go to White's Energy Motors. While the buying experience is top notch, the service department sucks.

They have always taken care of my Vehicles and other Ventures. Tony; the Service Manager has "Totally Given" of his time and efforts to me. My Dodge Ram 2012 Club Cab Pickup Truck was purchased @ White's on December 28,2011 and is one of the most dependable Outfits that I have ever owned. The 2005 Dodge Neon was recently in for Service and cost less that the estimate; "Fantastic" work by the Mechanic; "Thank You" Lynn. Stu and Melanie in the Service Department treated me w/respect and the utmost courtesy. The Lady in the Cashier Department took care of my payment quickly and was very thoughtful. I stopped out @ the Lot the other day and every one was dressed in Pink Polo Shirts. They are Supporting "Paint Gillette Pink" in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Three months later I STILL do not have my vehicle. Bout to go pull it from their lot and trailer it to Denver. Ridiculous. At one point they told me they had no record of my vehicle ever being there. I rarely write reviews. Purchasing a vehicle from them was an absolute disaster. They had…read moreeverything priced through KBB, which is standard, they included this quote at purchase. They reported in KBB that the vehicle did not need any repairs or maintenance. The vehicle was above 100k miles at this time. After less than a month the engine light came on and I get into figuring out what is wrong with it. Come to find out absolutely none of the 100k maintenance was performed. Not a single one of the repairs or maintenance. They artificially reported what the vehicle was in KBB to get a higher price. The difference is literally thousands of dollars. This tactic is beyond dishonest and genuinely disgusting. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. They are a stain on our community who are predators taking advantage of people this tactic they use to move vehicles is beyond malicious. I have had to change every spark plug, every ignition coil, the egr valve and gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, and am looking at a head gasket replacement as well due to the negligence of the maintenance that they claimed was done at time of sale. Absolutely unprofessional and this is the kind of thing they mock used car dealerships for in movies and comedy routines. The level of disappointment I have in the people who recommended them to me is hard to put into words.

This place is good at one thing: Immorality. I purchased a new jeep from this ethical cesspool…read moreabout 3 years ago, and had "the best" warranty. What a joke. Eventually, roughly 2 years later, the engine light came on. I took it to my usual and trusted mechanic because I know how worthless and unethical dealership mechanics are. Unfortunately, he was unable to verify the codes due to required, specialized equipment. I was told since I had such a good warranty that I should take it to Platinum Auto, where I purchased it from, which I did. As expected, the warranty did not cover the problem, which, according to the so-called trustworthy mechanics, was due to rat damage. The total bill was over $700.00. After about a month, the engine light came back on. Upon inspecting under the hood, low and behold, I see a bunch of wires repaired with what looks like little more than duct tape. Regardless of the material used, they should have replaced the wires entirely, certainly for a bill that amounted to more than $700.00. I'm a U.S. Marine veteran and to think I served to protect such immoral and unethical people really perturbs me. (I'm not all that surprised though because I've met some genuinely worthless people after moving to Wyoming.) Do not trust this place for anything. I'll also be writing a review to the Better Business Bureau. I'll do whatever I can to expose how immoral this place is.
