We hired White Out Snow removal the winter of 2022-23. They were horrible. More often than not I had to call them to come do their jod. We paid a monthly fee of $75 to remove snow from our sidewalk, short front walk and a trail out back to the garbage. Like I said I'd have to call me sometimes several times after snow fall, when it was agreed that they would come automatically. He didn't use a shovel, he used a sow blower, which was fine. If his tool was that simple to use, why couldn't he do his job on time? He would show up around 5-6pm after people had to trudge through the snow all day. There were times he didn't show up until 8:30 at night. My husband goes to bed early for his work and the snow blower woke him up! It is my opinion that White Out Snow Removal is a poorly managed business that is completely unreliable. We will not be hiring them again and I would suggest that potential customers look elsewhere for their snow removal needs. read more
